DAY 8 UPDATE: Thursday, 14-Oct-2004 1:27 PM
Wow, time is flying... The 'to do' list is getting longer and I feel that I didn't do much 'catching up' this week.
But, progress was made. A lot of decisions were made. Out of the 7 'to do' items 3 are done, but I need to add an 8th item... I have to write several PRESS RELEASES and my plan is to 'deliver them' to the press around STEP 22.
All this came about after I made many updates and noted that the traffic is very little.
That also means that while I work on the 31 STEPS and grow/compound the cash I need to get some attention to the project.
So, I have gone about registering with a few search engines. Doing so with about 12 will take care of 95% of the searches that are done.
I have ruled out "buying the traffic" since my budget is very low.
So, I need to create a "buzz" and get the word-of-mouth advertising going.
To do that the first step was to register with the search engines. I'll now give that some time to work. Cannot expect success on that front overnight.
Then the next plan is to make the press releases and send them off to some of the financial writers that I read often and see if that will create some buzz.
