DAY 50! WOW

Fifty complete days of blogging.

Update: Monday, 04-Apr-2005 3:19 PM via the Canary Islands, DAY 3!

Lets look at the progress for a while...

START: Just an idea to take one penny ($0.01) and double it 31 times to $10,737,418.24 (I even know the number by heart!).

Then I setup some rules and went to work on some of the steps. So far I have collected only to STEP 10 or so and around $25.00, which I deposited in a bank account.

Following that I went about creating a 'game plan' to get visitors to the site. That sort of failed.

Then I went about registering the site with a lot of search engines. About 12 or so. The major ones.

Once that was done, I didn't just sit back and wait for traffic. I kept updating and several months went by.

I kept working on my other two projects.

Then the 'bots' from the search engines started to visit, and bit by bit traffic started to increase.

I kept writing.

Once I analyzed what I was doing, I realized that I need to have business success prior to financial success.

So, I went about making that happen. I optimized the site, then I added areas for the blog index, a review area and one more area is on the way.

At the same time I wanted to create a product or two. Several times I started on putting a product together, but each time I concluded that the product would create me more problems than it would solve.

Once again, my objective is to get to about STEP 20 for 5 intervals.

While all of this is going on, I kept working on the Next SuperStock site and the Maxsimo Card, the world's first global discount card, the work kept adding up. But after some design changes and adding a new marketing program, the card is going to get launched in the first week of May.

That I hope will allow me to climb a few STEPS by marketing the Maxsimo Card.

After all of this and while waiting to get the card project going, I realized that the process of business and financial success needed another element --PERSONAL success.

That I am just beginning to write about.

That in a nut shell is the project.

Let me now work on the NEXT 50 days. My goals, attempts and the work behind the seen's will be documented and discussed -successes and failures as I go about the doubling effort.
