Special Location for today’s update: From 38,000 feet above the Atlantic, on a Continential Airlines flight from Amsterdam, Schipol to Newark, New Jercey. This is a first for me. Many flights prior to this I have changed diapers at about the same altitude. However, today I have the rare opportunity to share my thoughts. Now, the upload to the website. That will have to wait.

Much of my time traveling today was spent thinking about the progress of the world’s first global discount card, the Maxsimo Card™ that is just about ready to get the operations going.

Going back a few months, I gave some inside information to work with me on the project without incurring any expenses. I will now extend that to the current setup, which changed a bit in the past 4 months.

Almost a year ago, my objective was to work with regional leaders who would pay a large amount to get started with the company. After the initial setup of that, I didn’t really approve of the situation and outlook. After all, how were we going to find the 5,000 or so full-time affiliates the company needed worldwide? Then I came upon a simple solution based on referrals and a PEER-TO-PEER PAYMENT™ system where the seller would pay his or her sponsor continuously for the digital inventory needed for the operations.

I thought this was a great plan and it avoided paying small commissions. Literally, the sellers (you can think of them as sales reps., associates, etc) would pay each other for the “supplies” needed for the operation of their sales unit.

Then a short white paper to explain to the programmers the tasks and challenges ahead and the programming started. Then some challenges. The primary challenge was the same problem facing eBay –how do you get the buyer to pay the seller and how do you make sure that the seller will deliver the products to the buyer? This was and is our main point that we needed to resolve in our operations.

I feel confident that now we have solved the operational challenges.

The main product is a discount network that sells a membership of tools and services (collectively applications) that help users save money and run their business. What ever there business is –on and off the Internet.

The primary product of the network is a discount card that members can use worldwide to save money.

The entire operation has taken over 15 years to put together. The last 5 years I have spent the most time on it, and now the entire enterprise is near fruition.

What we (partners, associates) need to do is to get the entire network operating, from the sales and marketing end to the network products. Then we need to launch it.

While doing all of this, we need to make sure that we don’t have any “hic-ups” that cause the network to blink and fall apart.

Just last week I got a lot of email about a program called GREEN ZAP. The operation had some advertising and a link to their site. The promotional material sounded pretty good. The sales pitch by distributors was equally good.

However, I could never reach the site. Green Zap was down before they got started.

Our operations are a bit different. We’ve tested. We only use the best software and servers. Yes, they are dedicated servers, and we’ll probably add one or two servers a month to keep up with the growth of tools such as ROBOBanner™ and TRAFFIC RAMP™ and the World’s First Global Discount Card™ --the Maxsimo Card™.

So far over $500,000.00 dollars have been spent, and no doubt another chunk of change will have been spent before we can come down to our annual R & D budget.

So, why all this effort? Why not just stick to one project and make it work? The reason I am out to make sure the Maxsimo Card™ works has several reasons behind it.

First of all there was my vision from 15 years ago. That vision needs to be proven correct. Then there is my business partner in the Maxsimo project who has stood by for 5 years and support it thru the rough times. He deserves some success. Let me correct that –he deserves a lot of credit and success. Then there are the programmers who have stood by as the business plan changed and evolved. They have stood by and worked diligently as several unsuccessful tests were conducted, and they have stood by when the finances were thin. All these individuals, where I count my self last, I believe would like to see the products and the network become another “must use product” on the Internet.

So, you can say, there is a lot riding on the success of the operation. Yes, the money is one factor, but the changes that will be made in the life of the believers of the system is another matter.

In my life, it may not make a profound change. Perhaps, my smile will get broader or perhaps, my walk will have a bit more spring. However, for the Associates worldwide that are counting on it to help make their dreams come true, the company’s success will make a world of difference.

I, in my powers, need to do everything I can possibly do to make sure all of it is a success that grows to our expectation.
… just a battery check to see how I am doing… I’ve gots lots of time. Hope you do too. This is fun. I recently read that a research study concluded that there are over 40 million blogs setup by people. I think that they reached that conclusion by counting all the automated blog setup sites that allow a user to fill out a form and “poof” –you’ve got a blog –type of setup.

Well, the P31-STEP Success Plan, does not have that ease of setup. They point was to start from scratch and build it. That is exactly what was done, and I have no regrets by going that route.

Just like life. Do it your way and you’ll find more flexibility in your planning. Follow someone else’s plan and you may have to play by their rules. In my case, I have been free to add this content and remove what I felt was unnecessary.

Anyway, I am bloggin along, even at 38,000 feet over the Atlantic. I don’t know how many of the other cookie cutter blogs are up and going on a nearly daily basis. That would be an interesting statistic.

Having said that I must say there is no going back. The setup I have now must work for me. I cannot possibly change it given all the time I have invested.

Then again, I may not have to as all my work is progressing nicely. All the early problems with product setup and then collections of commissions and the whole business plan that I setup to cover my operations don’t have to modified over and over as the 31-STEP Success Plan site is growing nicely. Are there things that I wish I could add? You bet. Are there things I wish I could sell to make more money? You bet.

However, in the end I have had to make sure my main focus is to make sure that the Maxsimo Card™ operations get started and fly off as a successful product.

I have had to make sure that no matter what I do, the main objective grows to it’s potential.

That I am doing. And the best that you can do –when that is done, you’ll need to be happy. I am.
