I started today trying to resolve a problem with the site that I am focusing on at this time: businesscreditbulding.com. The site a few weeks back had a ranking of 13 at Google and #2 MSN. That rank is holding on MSN but at Google, the site has disappeared from the search engine.

I spent some time researching the subject and Google has a webmaster area that you can search at the site to 'vent' your problem to one of their engineers. Now I have a case number regarding the issue and I'll keep with what happens and report later.

Ok, now on to a program that I ran into while researching the above dilemma. The program is Internet Business Promoter or IBP for short.

I downloaded the program and pointed it at www.businesscreditbuilding.com, and here is why I mention it.

The program takes the key word or phase that you enter and then compares that with other sites that are listed in the TOP 10 results of the search engines. It does the comparison with what ever search engine that you flag in the system.

I thought the program is a "must have" and I wrote a review here.

As I pointed out a few days back, my focus is on building the revenue generating site at www.businesscreditbuilding.com. Here are my tasks:

1. The writing for the site is done.
2. Resources need to be added.
3. The free report finished.
4. A paid report finalized.
5. Add content from affiliate programs.
6. Verify the purchase/payment process works.
7. Improve search engine positioning.
8. Develop pay per click search engine accounts.

From the above tasks, #1 is done. However, the major task at hand are items #2, #3 and #4.

I have also researched a shopping cart that I want to use with Paypal and when I get a merchant account, I can keep using the shopping cart. I found the shopping cart at GoDaddy Software, where I often find reasonable prices and great software.

The work on entering data for www.businesscreditbuilding.com continues. At the current pace, I see the work getting done by about this Friday.

Then I will setup an online AdWords account at Google.com and advertise the product. Actually, the AdWords account is setup. WHat I need to do now is use the key words that I have researched to drive traffic.

There are some personal issues that I want to discuss at this time. I think a few of the most important aspects of my life I have not discussed and I will do so today.

One of the consistent problems I have had is that I seem to *eventually* have enough money to do my projects, my work and live the life I want but on occasion it has not been perfect.

I seem to run out of funds all the time. That is partly why I setup this project and went about building the 31-STEP Success Plan and put aside funds that would remain "untouched". As you have seen I am at STEP 11 at this time. There is also a series of STEPS that I started a while back and that continues. Then there is the "TEST 31 STEP" operation that I have been running again, several steps ahead of this process.

Everything is a learning experience and from time to time I have gotten in trouble when I ran out of cash flow.

This summer has been such an experience, and I actually called my Mother to resolve the matter. Part of my problem has been the house that I live in. It is *very* expensive and on top of it the exchange rate between the Dollars and Euro have put me in the negative by 30%. That means for every dollar I earn, I actually end up with 0.70 Euro cents to spend. And the life in Europe, at least in the northern Dutch parts are *not* cheap.

So, when the operation at www.maxsimo.com failed, my operation basically failed and I had to re-tool everything. What I did first was to research the new software that was out and especially the database software. I found out that I can run database software that was open source (mySQL) and with it an off the shelf package for the directory. In the end I cut the costs of operations by 90% and I am still on track building what I started.

I also wizened up with several other ideas that I had and the conclusion is that I need a lot more capital to complete the wide network (online media network) that I had in mind.

So, I have a lot of work to do and now I have updated my "TO DO LIST" and have gone about doing what I have planned all along.

The FIRST STEP is for me to build a functional e-commerce site. I have decided that www.businesscreditbuilding.com will be it. This will help me learn all about e-commerce and what is possible and get the knowledge that I need to have to further the entire network.

Then STEP TWO: Keep building the overall business plan and all the sites that I have in mind.

Lastly, I will then seek to expand the base of Investors in the company and take the entire network public or keep working with the larger pool of capital. When I started the year, I wanted to work with around $10million dollars. I have now revised that figure to about $2 to $3 million dollars. I think with that amount I can build a company and network that I can eventually take to the public forum and list it on a stock exchange.

This leaves another important issue that has bugged me: My time. I am here countless hours and I have not enjoyed some of the other things that I like to do. I hope that by expanding the operation, getting many more staff and Associates involved, I can actually have a "normal" life and enjoy being with my family. At this time, especially this summer and a few other times over the past 8 years, doing 100% online work, I have not had the time that I desire.

Following my current plan I think I can get there over the coming months. Ok, those are my thoughts. Out for now. Sam.
