DAY #180 -- Launch: T-29 Days!

This is part of my discussion is for Sunday. I say this late Saturday, and no doubt it will be another late night, a bit into Sunday when I get things done. So, I'll put these thougths here.
Well, now I ended up taking the time to write to the programmers, and ask the questions that are needed to be asked. This was a "close call" and I want to make sure that it does not cause more problems in the future when the data, users and intensity is 10X or 30X or even 100 TIMES what it is now.
Here's what I wrote:

I need answers to the following:
( I left out the first item because it was a private issue)
2. Severs go down. What measures do you have in place so that data is not lost? Was data lost?
3. I noticed that a BROADCAST that I had setup for last night did not go. Luckily! However, the setup was lost. Was there a loss of data or some jobs lost?
4. What measures did you take to prevent this occurrence in the future?
5. What type of server plat form -RAID, back up device, etc. are you using?
6. I noticed that the server had a back up procedure built in. I used it last Friday. What advice can you give me to back up? Full back up weekly? Incremental back up --How often? Any other suggestions to make sure that there is no "gross" error on our part that lessens the trust of our representatives?
7. Lastly, I suggest that you have a "window" that advises of such issues when you have problems or someway to know. Then I don't have to stand out your window and yell out to call you. B>) I'll stick to trouble tickets. However, please note that the tics you answered now were the FIRST ONES that you replied to in a month or so. Thus, it was a bit arrogant to advise me of procedure, when you haven't been up to the task. I hope the relationship, as well as server hardware; can take a better move forward from today.

Below are the Maxsimo Network's Primary Sites and Products: They are applications that Members can use to build any business. While they are products and services that our IR's can use to earn commissions and build their own income and success.
CURRENT ATMOSPHERE: Although the Internet was hailed as a cost-cutting resources for businesses, it has meant the opposite for small businesses. Although the world is "OPEN", doing business worldwide is very expensive. Most online business don't make any money.
Something is wrong.
Our solution is to offer products that are already available on line, and some that are not, based on a SUPER-VALUE Membership, paid annually. As often as we can, whatever we can will be "crammed" into the membership and offered to our users worldwide.

Member Benefit:
This is the back office and informational area to look up traffic, update settings and view earnings. Members can use this area to do most of their administrative account management.
All functional aspects of the network, where you have to input data and update settings to use a service or application are done at the site of the tool. Each tool has it's own web site, most of the time.
In all cases, keep your USERNAME and PASSWORD handy as the original username/password combination will get you into the entire network.
Lastly, the initial service of the application is to inform our members about revenue generating programs, mainly on the Internet. We'll use the system to test advertising, affiliate programs, networks, business models, etc. and report on the best. It is obviously in our best interest to present the most useful information to our readers.
APPLICATION TWO:

Potential "killer app" one.
Member Benefit:
Able to offer products and services through the card by offering a savings to the END USER (Your Customer) by offering a discount, a savings -cash back or percentage off or $(money) amount off --at the point of sale.
Advertising via the card system has many advantages -first of all there is only a membership fee to setup the system and advertising for additional sales are paid for only after a transaction is completed. And those charges are VERY LOW! And kept low as possible with our business model.
APPLICATIONS TWO:
http://www.affiliateMINT.com & http://www.AUTOreferrals.com: These are sites that aide referrals into member's promotional programs, online businesses, etc. The sites allow members to customize up to 33 aspects of it and manage an additional 7 personal links.
IR Benefit: Drive traffic to these site and you'll earn from the various programs that are featured within them. FURTHERMORE, when someone joins the network from eash site, they are part of your marketing network. Don't bother friends & family --Just drive traffic here!
There are some sites like this online. However, they charge a one-time fee or monthly fee to own a "Mall" similar to what we have setup. Our's is free and is used primarily to help build your sales network.
APPLICATION THREE:
http://www.BiiG.com: Directory much like DMOZ or Wikipedia and many others on the Internet.
What is different about ours is that WE'LL FEATURE the BEST LINKS for any given set of KEY WORDS/PHRASES. The links are IR controlled (managed).
Member Benefit: Able to get traffic to your online store or offer as part of Membership.
IR Benefit: Able to CONTROL the DIRECTORY using our guidelines and manage the needs of the Members.
NOTE: IRs, there is some work for you to do on your part to research, manage and maintain the links on this. However, as you will read in the QUICK START AREA, the system is setup so that you will enjoy what you will have to work with.
APPLICATION FOUR:
http://www.robobanner.com: Allow Members to display offers to Internet users based on key words.
Again, the system is membership based and no fees are paid until a product is sold, thus making it predictable and inexpensive to members.
IR Benefit: Another tool to earn 2-tier commissions.
APPLICATION FIVE:
IR/MEMBER SOFTWARE based on Membership
Our goal is to add as much software based on the membership model. At this time you are going from site to site, paying a lot of fees to developers for software -some that you may not even use.
OUR MODEL: We negotiate with a developer to host or host on our network software at a BULK PRICE. A good example is the first software tool that is part of the network: AD*watcher. If you read about it on their site or buy it online, the cost is about $20/month. We have purchased it in BULK and offer it as part of the GOLD and higher Membership (starting the 7th of Dec).
BENEFIT to Members: Lower cost, better software/products.
BENEFIT to IR: Membership sales make sense, cut costs and are a great value.
Our business model: To keep adding value to our memberships in order to create and increase member success. This is our IR's success.
A Final Word: This is just the start. As our network grows there are two primary products we'll add --an Employment Network and Real-Estate Network. These are products that our Members can use at a eep discount to build their own businesses. Our goal is to create value and in that process build a very large company working with independent representatives worldwide. The bigger the company and the more revenue it generates, more able are you to building your own life-long financial success.
