DAY # 207 -- Launch: T-02 Days!

Just a few hours 'til 2006, and my wife is wondering what I am doing by the PC. Well, I have an update to do and I am where I have enjoyed a good part of the year. It is where I also hope to spend a lot of time next year --doing what I love. We're all a bit in 'recovery' mode after a several holiday weeks from 'hell'. Well that's a bit harsh. It was a challenge for many long days that stretched into weeks, and I must say so far the challenges were met head on!

Overall, the year has been great. Next year will be even better. And I hope to share it with a lot of people around the world!

But talk is cheap. Talk is easy. One must follow with deeds. This is the stuff that defines "self". This is the stuff that defines character.

Let me get to those deeds.

ROBObanner: Put simply ROBObanner will take a lot of text ads and discount offers and allow our Merchants around the world to "broadcast" that information to a targeted audience.

ROBObanner works like this:

There will be two versions --one purely like what is seen at http://www.robobanner.com.

The other will be *text* based, but with an ad format that is connected to points. Advertisers will earn points by doing various activities within the network, and then use the points to display more OR less ads to targeted audiences.

The first version of ROBObanner will display the discount offer presented by a Merchant selling a ski vacation to Colorado Springs and offer it at a Member discount to a targeted audience.

ROBObanner will display ads to viewers at http://my_site.biig.net --a start page that can be customized to the users of the network.

ROBObanner will display all types of offer in a format that allow users to search and find discounts, and it will display these offers based on locations, reach of the offer and audience type at the site.

Lastly, since the Merchant using ROBObanner are also earning credits on the network for promoting Maxsimo.NET, they can use the credits to get more exposure for their products and services.
