Maxsimo.com Members Press Release FINAL

Well, first of all the title... it was done with the page that I setup about 2 weeks ago. I have not done that and I kept it there as a reminder to finish the press release.

I have had some other problems and that is why the item is not done. Problems? Yes. Not sure where to being.

Well, I'll start with yesterday: Wednesday the 6th of July I didn't get much done. Usually, I have a good start and "crank up the pace" through the day, but yesterday was not such a day.

The problem was that I kept eating through out the day. I didn't walk in the morning like I usually do, but I kept eating a lot of bread. I ate 2 slices in the AM, then after dropping the kids off another 3 slices. For lunch I had 4 and then before picking up the kids I had two more. Then I had a dinner. Following that I was still hungry and had three more slices of bread. Now, Dutch bread is very good and heavy. But not that good. So, I had 14 slices of bread and everything that goes on it. Usually, that has a lot of sugar.

That was what led to my downfall yesterday. I better stick to a much better, low-carb diet today and see how things go. All in all, I didn't do much of anything.

Today I was determined to make it much better. The problems stem from the issue that I am having with a programmer who has not completed his work. He was 30-days behind and now each day delays what I had in mind with maxsimo.com. This has really elevated my stress level and taught me a good lesson never to trust such a person.

My history with this programmer has been one of delays. And shoddy work. Once again I was nice to the guy and made sure he was paid --before the contact work was done. Then I even got him a nice gift when I visited Sri Lanka.

None of that was the "thing to do" -- I should have demanded that the work be done and tested.

My fault. So, now what to do? Well, yesterday I visited the old programming company that I had worked with about 6 years ago, and left for offshore work. I told them that I learned some painful lessons and that I wanted to work with them again.

That is what I will do. These guys are a Dutch company that does quality, dependable work and on time. I will work with them to make sure that the network that I envisioned is 100% working and the uptime is 99.99% of the time.

So, that decision made my stress level go down. Now on to another issue that can make stress level go up very quickly: Cash flow. Although, much of the operations expenses have been paid for out of pocket until this moment, I believe now things are well along there way that I want to bring in some sizeable cash to the operation.

The problem is that I don't need a lot. Yes, that can be a major problem as there are a lot of people who want to invest millions of dollars on a good business plan, but don't want to invest less in something that might not get them the returns that they are looking for.

Anyway, my point is that getting $100,000 or $250,000 is much more difficult than getting $5 million or $10 million in this type of situation.

So, what do I do? The answer is to sell the system. By my calculations the first 6 positions of the sign ups in the system at maxsimo.com are worth easily $100's of THOUSANDS, IF not millions. So, my plan is to sell the first 6 positions for $24,995.00 each and then build a web site to promote what ever the buyer wants. IF the buy has nothing to promote, I'll just promote maxsimo.com from a web site and then that would end up being self promotion.

Now you may ask why is the first few positions worth that much money? Well, not just the first few positions, but 100's of positions will be worth $100's of thousands of dollars for this reason: The initial URL that is entered into the search engine at maxsimo.com becomes the default URL for the system. That means that the user who entered it is always the one who will get credit when someone uses the URL in the directory or via a search and then visits a web site.

Now you may wonder how that is possible? Consider this: IF you search "hosting" at Google, consider that the top listed search results of that site have paid anywhere from $3.00 to $6.00 to be there. The higher the result the MORE that was paid.

Now consider this: At maxsimo.com WHEN someone gets a position in the directory that is a PRIME location --REM in real estate, location, location, location is EVERYTHING!

The same here. The first users have the ability to work with me to build what ever they want to promote! And guess what that can do? I'll secure the best locations, the most lucrative key words, etc. and that becomes the REVENUE GENERATING ENGINE that pays and pays to the six sponsors.

So, why not make it 10 or 20 or even 50? Nope. That is not a good idea for this reason. IF I seek endless funds then sooner or later someone is going to lose. I rather have six winners who are really happy and will "spread the good karma" than 20 winners and 2 losers who will speak ills of what I have done.

Now, the game plan is set and this morning I have started executing it with a contact list of 100 people. Then I will also post a FOR SALE NOTICE at E-bay by tomorrow for the same. Regarding the 100 people, I got them from a list that I have had and added some people I already new who are interested in Investments. I am contacting 10 of them per day, so in just about two weeks, I'll contact them all.

--Credit Cards and especially business cards
--Cell Phone and Communications
--Then mortgages, banking and loans.

--Lastly, the Google ads and the Success Building Sales area with products for sale.

That I think needs to be my focus to build revenue for this site and my project to get it past the STEP 11 that I am on now.

To start my press release I'll start with the What? and Why?
