Since the start of my blogging I have become a person of a careful routine. Most of my week is spent at the computer and I have been rather careful to do the same things Monday through Friday. In fact, to take a Friday off last week, I thought about it for two weeks.

Then a visitor last week, who showed up early, completely messed up my rhythm. I have very much gotten used to my routines. However, Monday is a bit of a strange day. Usually, the early AM is spent reading the Investor's Business Daily. But the way they publish the paper, Monday's edition is published on Saturday AM and I have already read that.

This gives me a great opportunity to plan on my weekly routine on Monday. The weekend this week was spent getting two very important items done.

First I did get the paper read, and made some key investment decisions that I will publish in the www.nextsuperstock.com area.

The second event was that I pressed to make sure that the programming items at maxsimo.com that are holding me back got done. They have gotten almost done. Out of about 10 items that needed to get done, one is outstanding. I am sure that will get finished today!

Then I am set to go advertising and building the site as I had intended in June and the launch on the 4th of July. I couldn't really get all of it done, but now I have gotten the pressing items out of the way and I can move forward.

Now that maxsimo.com is done, what can I do with it? Let me expand on some ideas that I had earlier.

The primary role of maxsimo.com as a search engine is to do these important tasks:

--It can point to discount offers presented by Merchants worldwide.

--It can help any user find such offers by location, type of product, key word/phrase, etc.

Now about the information entered by the Merchant:

The Merchant entering a listing can do so using an Affiliate Marketing program URL. I have given the example of the link for the COGNIGEN Network Marketing program linked from here: http://www.ld.net/?biigcom

In fact, I have decided to use COGNIGEN as the example program throughout this network as an example. I have done this for two reasons: Cognigen is a public company --anyone can own stock in the company. I don't at this time, but I should look into it. The second reason is that in Cognigen's website, accessible from the above URL, the network marketing program presents one of the most educational back end areas. The program itself is FREE to join. You can sign up for FREE by going to this URL, then at the bottom right you'll see "CLICK HERE for MORE INFORMATION..." and then on the next page press JOIN FREE. That's it. You can then setup your first income generating program and you are set to go.

Now, I am going to do the following at maxsimo.com:

1. Setup a description for the Cognigen network marketing program.
2. Setup key words and phrases for the program.
3. Then list the program in multiple places at maxsimo.com

Once I do that, the following will happen:

No one can edit the URL to Cognigen's network marketing program until they get to STEP 6 of the maxsimo.com network.

Only then can they go into the ADMIN area and change the URL to reward their own Cognigen URL.

I am very confident that by setting up a few dozen such programs I can build on STEP 12 to STEP 22 in the coming months. It may take as long as a year, but I don't see that as a problem. It will happen almost automatically once the programs are setup at maxsimo.com.

Sure I'll have to keep improving the network and all the functions, but that is part of my daily work --I have to do that no matter what. The interesting part of all this is to watch the system at work managing all the information and all the users. I enjoy very much growing things --from this site, to my bonsai plants, I love growing things and this is part of it.

Now I need to take a break to get the details out on the www.nextsuperstock.com STOCK of THE WEEK. I have already made that decision on Friday. I just need to review that and put forth the email to all the subscribers.

I spent the second half of the day sending out my NEXT SuperStock update. It's now a weekly update with companies that Investor's should include in their research of the next Super Stock!

Then after dinner and kids off to sleep, after a day at the beach with their mother, here I am back to update.

This update include a research step for key words and phrases to describe the communications business that I am going to update on the www.maxsimo.com directory.

Step by Step Listing in the maxsimo.com directory:

STEP ONE: Key word research. This step is done at google, by going to google's key word research tools at google suggest. Just search "google suggest" and you have the URL.

I am using Cognigen to show everyone how maxsimo.com works. To do that I will now go to google's suggest key words area and get a set of key words and phrases together.

After a little testing and research, I came up with these ideas for key words and phrases:

long distance phone service
long distance phone calls
long distance phone rates
discount long distance phone service
high speed internet access
high speed internet service
broadband internet providers
broadband internet services
broadband internet connection
broadband internet access
business phone services
business internet services
small business phone services
small business internet services

All this is part of the listing that I will put in the maxsimo.com search engine and link the listing to http://www.ld.net/?biigcom

My next thought is to what the listing will say: Let's write that now...

COGNIGEN is a discount telecommunications network that offers BUNDLED telephone, internet and other communications (USA) services at a discount. COGNIGEN also presents a worldwide telecom business opportunity that is FREE to join!

Part of the TERMS and CONDITIONS for the AD: Independent Rep. Ad: See any terms for the discount offers at the web site.

Now I have all the main elements of my listing for maxsimo.com ready. I don't have to have targeting information ready because this is not a LOCAL type of offer.

I will now log on to the maxsimo.com Affiliate area and enter the listing.

After entering it the directory shows the listing in the Business & Finance area and Small Business --two areas where I think the users of the products sold by Cognigen will visit.

Now on to the importance of the listing. On the back end the URL can be changed by Affiliates entering the STEP 6 threshold of the system.

This means that anyone can enter a listings. However, only qualified Affiliates will be able to change the URLs of the listings. Furthermore, the listings URL will reflect that of the Affiliate entering the information, however, the changes might only be made several LEVELS of SPONSORS down. By level I mean "parent/child relationships"...

Take this example: I create and enter the listing.

I am SAM. I sponsor JOE, who will then sponsor BILL, who will then sponsor TOM, who will then sponsor JILL and JILL will then sponsor TIM.

The entire summary of the above will look like this:

So, the listings URL points to:
http://www.ld.net/?biigcom

Now the above URL cannot be changed by anyone until they reach STEP 6 of the system. Let's say that STEP 6 is reached by TIM first. Then time will input his own URL. Then Tim will start getting credit for the sales and referrals.

Until then I, "Sam" from the above example got all the referrals, including Joe, Bill, Tom, Jill and Tim and their sales efforts.

This process continues infinitely and for as long as the Affiliate, Network, MLM, Referral OR what ever type of program keeps paying commissions!
