To do this week... Yes, some press releases. I think I have a MIND BLOCK when it comes to these press releases. That is the only way I can explain the fact that I have not done a single one so far.

So what shall I do?

I think what I need to do is break down each press release into several 'elements' and work on each element and then 'assemble' the final press release.

So, how shall I break down each press release?

What does a press release communicate? I think in the review area I have some excellent examples of what to do. See "PRESS RLS." in the 31-STEP Success Building Center.

So, I can isolate the needs of the press release as such:
1. Who?
2. What?
3. Why?
4. Where?
5. When?

I can then summarize that the "WHO" is about the organization doing the product --maxsimo network. I then need a paragraph that talks about maxsimo.

Now, if I re-order the above content perhaps, it's better if I list the setup this way:

What? Why? Where? When? Who?

The above is how the press releases are written. At the end of the PR note is the general statement that seems to be about the same for all the releases.

Let me work on that FIRST: Yes, I'll do the end first.

------WHO?

The Maxsimo™ network powering applications that help everyone save money, work smarter and live better. The Maxsimo.com network has a set of tools and applications that help any seller -Merchant, business person, home-based business person and Entrepreneurs worldwide reach their customers at a lower cost. Started in 1999 with ROBO*banner, the network at Maxsimo.com has a directory managed by Sellers. It also provides a way for Sellers to reach our Member base with a money saving offer at a fixed cost, allowing sellers to sell directly to our members at a very low customer acquisition cost.

I think the above statement says it all. We help sellers sell to our members at a very small cost. Then the savings are passed on to our members. That is what we are about.

Now I still have: What? Why? Where? When?

In this case the WHAT? is about ROBO*banner. That is the tool in question and why someone would want it.

-------WHAT? TEXT:

ROBO*banner is a special type of banner that displays several text messages that rotate within a large format size banner.

The text messages also keep duplicating as other users keep getting their own ROBO*banner account.

That makes ROBO*banner a virally duplicating message delivery system. The message that you create, which incidentally can be updated, changed or deleted anytime, can then be duplicated to hundreds, thousands or even millions of banners all over the Internet.

Furthermore, the colors and the font of the text can be controlled.

We are also seeking your help to enhance ROBO*banner. To do that, once you are a user, you can visit our idea center and present the needs that you have. Our next enhancement will feature more control, more options, more targeting and more features that you want to see.

Let's setup the WHY? text... Folks this is not that bad. I don't know why I had trouble getting this done. I guess I just had to sit here and type --Just do it as I keep saying.

The tools presented at maxsimo.com, including ROBO*banner work in a unique way to virally duplicate your message at a very low advertising cost.

Now I have left Where? When?

I suppose the WHERE? part is rather short --where is the URL of 'where' the visitor can get a ROBO*banner. And that is maxsimo.com.

That gives me the idea that all this text is ideal for me to setup www.robobanner.com with sample robobanner working and just link back to where a visitor can get their own banner.

So, let's put the WHERE text now:

Where can I get a virally duplicating ROBO*banner to build my business success on the Internet? JUST PRESS HERE and get started!

That leaves the WHEN? Item left! I think I made a bit of a mistake leaving "WHEN?" to the end.

I think "WHEN?" goes at the start. That is where most companies I see putting there address and date/time on the press release.

So, I'll just move it to the start and setup like this:

RE: Deployment of ROBO*banner at the Maxismo.com Network of Applications

------------ DONE!

Now I am going the next page to assemble the entire press release. But a glance at the time tells me that it's late too. Part of my personal success building was to SLEEP EARLY!

I have been doing that well. It did have a set back after my last trip. But since then I have moved to earlier sleep, half-hour by half-hour, each day or so.

Now I have to rest. Got a lot done. Great day too, but some things need to just rest!

I have all the below items that I will work on tomorrow.
