I'll first start with the elements of the press release that I have:

As you can see above, the questions can greatly inform you regarding the users past and as you see below the users motives and experience.

Lastly, the questions conclude with ones related to when someone can get started with operations, and a short area with room for "Additional Comments".

What essentially this form and process does is to provide information that helps "organize" the users that you have before you. You can take the data and import it to a contact management program and build your business leads or what ever type of business that you are building.

My next step now is to publish the press release as part of the omnileads.com and omnileads.net web sites.

Once again, these web sites will show our users what exactly the Omnileads product's benefit are and how best to collect the information.

The demonstration site will also enable search engines to "catalog" the site text and deliver organic visitors to our main network site at maxsimo.com.

AN IMPORTANT DETAIL:

There is on aspect of the omnileads setup that you cannot take for granted. That is the introduction to the product or business opportunity that you are building.

That is going to do 99% of your selling (in this case the entry of information to the omnileads form) for you.

IF you don't have that setup done, then most likely your prospect will NOT take the time or the trouble to complete the omnileads form.
