Maxsimo
Discount Listings Press Release. FINAL
After
some struggle I managed to get the final press
release for Maxsimo.com done. The stuggle was
that the product is NOT done. It's actually
in the final testing stages and I hope that
in the next 24 to 48 hours it can go live.
That
is my hope. I cannot do much more as all the
work is on the shoulders of a programmer who
is running late. I gave an extra month just
to make sure, but he's running later further
from that.
These
are the times that hair gets pulled, but there's
not much more I can do.

main product of maxsimo.com is the listing
service of discount offers.
What
is a discount offer? It is an offer by a Merchant
saying that when you the Member of Maxsimo.com
visit my store, my online mall, you as a Member
will get a discount.
That
is it. From this point the type of discount
and the Terms and Conditions of the offer can
vary greatly.
By
entering Maxsimo.com as a seller, anyone one
can create a listing. Even Members are allowed
to create a listing that offer other Members
of our network a discount.
Here
are some of the elements of a discont offer
to the Members:
1. Discount amount or percentage off.
2. Start date for the offer and an end date.
3. Name for the offer.
4. More information about the discount offer.
5. Location for the offer -City or Town to Postal Code.
6. Four complete sets of key words.

And
lastly an authentication page for the offer.
The authentication page is a validation that
the offer is real. Obviously, anyone can log
on to the system and pretend to be any merchant.
However,
with our authentication system no offer can
get published without an authentication done

or place of business.
That
feature must be setup correctly or the offer
will be rejected by our viewers who monitor
the listings.
Another
feature of maxsimo.com is the directory management
system where sellers who are part of the network
can approve and disapprove the listings starting
at STEP 3 of the network. As they climb the
STEPS of SUCCES they have more rights to even
add directory areas, delete incorrect areas
and such.

way the decision making process works is like
this: Once a change is made, the sponsor has
to approve the change. In every case, the sponsor
of the seller has to approve the event or the

Only mid week, but I feel that
a 6-day week has gone by already. What I have
in store for
the rest of the week is to make sure that the
entire network is tested and ready to go.
I spent much of the day "dazed
and confused' at all the tasks at hand. But
I know the only way I'll overcome the situation
is by keeing busy and going at each task --item
by item.
So, what are the tasks that I
need to focus on:
1. The setup of ARTICLES using
all the websites I have done and the press
releases that I have written.
2. I have also put together a
mini-business plan. It's basically an "Executive
Summary" that I want to keep developing and
fine tunning.
3. I have many tests to run and
products to evaluate as part of the network
launch.
That about does it, but all this
is very time consuming. Still, the only way
out of the hole is to stop digging and keep
chipping away at the side walls.
That I do, task by task, but
it's taking a lot of energy. Worst of all,
the clear vision is not the strongest this
summer as I seem to have "taken a few hits"
from some of the company that I keep with Associates.
They seem to not doing the work
that I have planned on a timely basis. I always
build in about 3 or 4 weeks of extra time for
a major task and one week for a minor task
to be completed.
This does not include bug fixes
that have immediate priority. The situation
this summer has gotten worse and worse when
it comes to timely diliveries of the work tasks.
But, in the end I am left with no choices at
this time.
I guess I can stay here and complain
about the situation endlessly and nothing will
change. What I need to do is "take the bull
by the horns" and make it go the way I need
to in order to make this a very successful
operation.
I will formulate a plan this
week to make sure of that.
