DAY #159

Yet another week has passed. I started advertising the maxsimo.net network that I created during the week, but not to the targeted audience that I hoped to have reached. My first ad, which was mistakenly on Ebay to target of reaching "business for sale" audience failed. Miserably, I might add.

Now I am planning on putting the ads that I had mentioned a day earlier on Google, Yahoo and ePilot, which is a competing network that has a good reach, but I have never advertised on it and I have no idea what will happen. Only one way to find out...

My aim is to attract the first 100 of the Affiliates through the advertising. I think that I'll end up working with only about 6 to 10 of these Affiliates or IR's, as they are officially known. The others will simply be positioned on the many who are joining and promoting the network marketing program.

My objective here is not only to help build my success, but also help the masses of other online business leaders, entrepreneurs and marketers build their success. I know that only by helping the others succeed, will I build my own success --here and everywhere.

During the week I kept busy getting the setup tweaked for maxsimo.net. I spent most of my time getting the user area completed. This weekend I have to focus on the databases that are handling the daily data collection for maxsimo.com, maxsimo.net's promotional sites such as affiliatemint.com and autoreferrals.com.

I think that will be about 24 hours work, but before that I wanted to mention my experiment that you can see here. My objective was to keep writing several articles on about 25 subjects that I have picked. The articles are a matter of taking things that I have already written and then organizing them to be more informational and less cluttered than they are now.

The objective then is to create a Google and Yahoo (as well as ePilot) account for each page and drive traffic to the page.

So, this item is also well underway. My goal is to get to STEP 12 before Thanksgiving and perhaps, STEP 13 by Christmas. As you can see the 10th STEP took about 8 months, and the 9th a few months. Now what I see that is the pace is getting quicker. I hope that things will pick up in January of 2006 and I can complete STEPS 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 very quickly. Around STEP 19 is where I hope to take the proceeds to the brokerage account that I will create especially for this project.

I anticipate, apart from STEP 10 and 11, STEPS 20 through 27 will be the hardest to work with. I know it will be a "gut wrenching" experience as I endure the investing needed to keep the pennies growing.

Well, enough looking forward. I am sure that I'll have enough time to do all of that. Now on to the "task at hand" --completing the database needs that I have.
