There are a host of tasks that I want to do to generate income, but I just don't have the time. What to do? DELEGATE. My plan is to offer the following tasks to each of the new Associates that I am bringing underneath my umbrella to build success.

I will offer these projects to work with me jointly. The Associates will benefit directly from the project until their income is $X amount. I have to make $X = to a very generous amount. After the Associate attains that amount, then they will have to release all the sign ups, referrals, sales, etc. generated from the sites, networks, projects below to the benefit of the entire community through our CO-OP business building system. That is the deal. {B>)

My plan is to work with Associates on the following:

MAILING LIST SITE:
Manage a mailing list from P31.COM with ads, and promotional materials for the Maxsimo Network.

The TWO STOCK SITES:
These are the stock sites I worked on. In both I'll install a FORUM and the Associate will have to monitor the forums for posts and unacceptable content.

An ARTICLE REPOSITORY:
This area will achieve articles by various subject.

WORK on a SHOWCASE of SUCCESS PROFILING LEADERS:
As the network grows we can profile the leaders and their business building ideas.

SUCCESS-BUILDING MANUAL with VIDEO:
We need to make a screen capture type of program that shows IR's what can be done and how to do it.

A HOW to MANUAL with VIDEO:
This how to video get's into more specific applications and software and how to use it.

WORK on SEVERAL ALTERNATIVE SIGN UP PAGES for the MAXSIMO NETWORK:
At this time at revenuecheck.com there is just one advertising page. I think several more need to be added. The current one is a more serious approach, but another "sales oriented" type with headlines and eye catching colors can be created as well.

BUSINESS CREDIT BUILDING SITE:
I need a moderator for the site, the mailing list and forum for businesscreditbuilding.com

NETWORK QUALITY CONTROL: IR Support Areas
One of the Associates can advise me and help with IR support areas.

NETWORK QUALITY CONTROL: Customer Support Areas.
One of the Associates can advise me and help with customer/member support areas.

I have designed all the above tasks so that Associates can help me accomplish them. In addition, our company staff will aide the Associates accomplish the tasks and build their business.

What next? Another interesting idea. The P31.COM I had always intended for my benefit. And now I have changed my mind. What I will do is work with the site until I reach a certain STEP, perhaps, STEP 23 or STEP 24 and then devise the following system:

I will setup a system to deliver traffic to IR's and the Associates above based on "BROWNIE POINTS" --The more an IR or above Associate earns, the more this site will deliver in traffic to that person. I know one day this site will attract anywhere from 2,000 to 5,000 visitors (unique) per day. I think I'll see that kind of activity when I reach around STEP 21 to STEP 25, and then it will grow from there. All this traffic should not benefit me alone, so I'll award it in 100 COUNT blocks to those who earn BROWNIE POINTS. I'll come up with an AWARDS SYSTEM that allocates such points and I'll have to enter an admin area and simply input the amount of traffic I'd like to award to the IR. Ok, I'll jot this down on my TO DO LIST and move on...

DON'T BE a HOG: Share the success, and then sit back a bit and more will come. Then just do it again.

One of the wisest comments made to me was by a Gentlemen who by my estimates was worth several hundred million dollars with success in the banking business. He told me that the secret to his success was NOT by have 100% ownership of a business, but by the ownership of a VERY SMALL amount of shares in a VERY SUCCESSFUL business.
