I had left a note here to talk about my personal accomplishments and discuss getting to STEP 12. I think I'll be at STEP 12 by the end of the weekend.

As for my personal accomplishments, looking past the long year of bloggin, I must say that I would like to pat myself on the back for just keeping up with my discussion here.

I have said to myself that no matter what I'd keep up the discussion as the idea to keep growing the STEPS, one by one is a good one, and as long as I keep up with it, I'd get there. It may take a year or two, or even another 10 years, but I'd keep at it and only by doing that will I make my goals.

That is my personal accomplishment. Often in the past I have setup web site for a project or two, and they never lasted more than a few months. I took them down for various reasons. However, with P31.COM I have persisted to a new threshold and kept at it, even when I had no idea what I'd do.

My original argument was that one really has no idea what to do, so just get started and things "come one's way" and that is just what has happened.

Another interesting thought is this one: Often the "look and feel" of my projects have kept changing. I was never satisfied with what I had. However, with P31.COM I have now settled on the "look and feel" and this format has lasted months. Not all the pages have been updated, so I now need to make sure that I run through all the pages, and update them to the look of the 'index.html' page that visitors see.

Perhaps, the only 'thing' that I might add is a banner that I put on the very right side of the page, and moves along as people scroll down any of the pages on the site. I'll have to research that first. One sec.

I just put that on my 'To Do' list for the coming month.

What's in store for today? It's mid week and I am continuing the work on the databases using a database design program and MySQL. It's a lot of learning and a bit of trial and error, but that seems to the only way to learn it.

Let me get back to one more thoughts: The idea of the above banner was to devise a way to generate income from the site, in addition to what I have been doing, and I thought the best way to do that is with a REPORT that helps people get started on their "ROAD to SUCCESS" and what I mean by that is to point out why 98% of the web sites out there in cyberspace don't generate any revenue. Why?

I think I can help a lot of people overcome that problem and learn how to earn anywhere between $400 to $2,000 per month, starting out part-time. Perhaps, after that they get inspired to do more and earn more. My idea was to develop a report for a small amount and sell that via P31.COM as I need to do something to generate more revenue from the site, in addition to what I am doing with Google Ad Words, Clickbank and my "penny" account at http://www.maxsimo.net/company >> I think the penny account will make great progress but why waste the visitor who comes to this site? Why waste the potential to sell a report and help someone out with ideas and plans that work?

Ok, that said, back to my database.

A long day, but a very good one. I am very much enjoying the growth of the network, and also 'push on' by a lot of others who have entrusted their future success in the network that I have envisioned.

This also puts a lot of responsibility on my shoulders and that not a problem. I don't mind one bit the role of leadership and I'll work 100% to make sure that I do what I say, as I say what I do.

The tasks that needed to be done are getting "knocked down" by the day and I hope to debut the Affiliate*MINT and AUTO*Referrals, along with another site or two in the coming week.
