Another very busy day, but I am enjoying everyone of them. I noticed that Yahoo.com had an ad for WalMart informing everyone that their store sales begin at 5AM, with specials going from 5AM to 11AM.

I hope most of you clicked away at your computer. I just don't like the rush that everyone seems to be in this part of the year. It's very contrary to what the season is about.

And now to my list of Gifts from Santa. Actually, they are not for me, but to the dozens of IR's that are joining the organization on a daily basis. I have been busy making sure that they will be very well rewarded by the information and services that are part of the network.

So, I spent most of my day today working on the setup for affiliatemint.com, which is suppose to allow a free Clickbank Mall and a promotional area for the maxsimo.net network as well as the Global Discount Card. Oh, yes, I forgot to mention that up to 33 of the URLS that are part of affiliatemint.com will be controlled by the IR's!

What this means is the a suite of money making programs can be controlled by the IR's.

I believe by the end of the day I can let a programmer finish off the work. I have setup the database and most of the pages that will take in the data, display the data and allow users to edit the data. All that is left to do is finalize some of the finer aspects of the DB and make sure that all of it works.

I am very much excited that everyone will get their own Clickbank Mall to work with. I have seen several scripts that are free to malls that users have to pay anywhere from $50 to $100 to get.

Our setup will be FREE. ALL IR's will have their own setup and be able to manage at least 2 URLs to income producing products and services.

OK, now on to a few things for the weekend. I have a bit of a workload with updating the 'back office' area of maxsimo.net. The area needs about a twice-a-month update with the testing that is underway to make sure that content is "fresh" and important to the readers. So, part of that will be taken care of.

Perhaps, the last part of my needs is that I still want to work with up to 9 more people on a personal basis to setup partnerships.

I have currently setup one with an individual who joined via the Ebay ad, about 2 weeks ago. I'll refer to him as "PK". My goal with PK is to build the mailing list for P31.COM. This is something that I started when the site started to get popular with the search engines about 10 months ago, but I found out that I just didn't have the time for it. Anyway, with PK I'll build the list and execute the business plan that I had and share the success with him on a 50/50 basis -- I should say "after expenses are removed" the proceeds will be shared. But, since I have kept the costs for P31.COM very low, this is minimal.

The idea working with PK is to build the list. Then promote various parts of the network with the list and then also have a facility for readers to place ads in the daily EZine. I have said to PK that when things get busy, which I hope it will by next summer, he two can take on a partner to help manage the situation.

The bottom line is my philosophy that many people on the Internet do not succeed because they lack the skills, the time or the money to make things work. Under such circumstances the best thing to do is find a partner who can meet the needs. IF you are young and lack the funds, find a rich uncle/aunt who can support your needs and share the success. IF you lack the skills to program or manage Internet utilities -learn. IF that learning is too much, find someone from India or the Philippines or a wiz kid in high school or somewhere who can help you in exchange for a share of the profits.

The list can keep going on and on. The bottom line is that there should be NO EXCUSE to make your Internet success dreams a reality. AND for many of you who are joining the Maxsimo Network, the NETWORK *itself* is the partner! How? It will enable many of the points that I have made over and over.

Now, back to PK. What I did for an hour to warm up this AM was to setup a "pop up" that captures the attention of the visitors to P31.COM and prompts them to signup for our mailing list with a FREE OFFER. I cam up with a title like this:

Learn about the 3 most important e-commerce techniques that P31.COM has used to take revenue from $4.67/MONTH to over $110.00 per DAY in a few short months."

The first many months that the site was up there was $0.00 in revenue. Anyway, I didn't want to put that up. And the site is NOT up to the $110 level per day *yet*. My projections show that based on traffic and referrals to the Maxsimo Network revenue will be at $110.00 per day in a few months. Anyway, my plan is to share the Ezine revenues with PK and of course the traffic and sign ups to the Maxsimo Network. I think an ezine will generate about $50/day after a few months. And after a year, as much as $300 per day, and I can share this with PK to keep building what we had discussed.

Now I need to find 9 others like PK. I am suppose to be there, but until the funds are paid, I don't count anyone as a person I'd partner on a project. The simple reason is that my time is very valuable and I don't want anyone to partner with who is not serious about their success.

All the thoughts behind this is very simple: I realized that the best teachers I had in college were the ones that had practiced or were practicing what they preached. I too plan to do the same. I know what works. I have seen it work. I'll take that knowledge and ask everyone to use it to build their own success. Furthermore, I'll also carry that example one step further by doing the same with the assets that I have. Indeed, my argument is that the path to success is to share everything that make one successful --that way even more benefits come and the process keeps going. I hope I can keep doing that.

Anyway, a good thought following the day after Thanksgiving!
