DAY #174 UPDATE: Monday, 28-Nov-2005 9:26 AM On Saturday I ended up sending the note that is second to the below article. The below article is a "WELCOME LETTER" for IR's that are in the SILVER Membership area of the Maxsimo Network. I thought I'd get the process of writing it done here. Often people don't realize what they could have until they pass it by... I started the day expressing my ideas and working on a page to get our IR working and this is it. It expresses a lot of ideas, but for the SILVER "FREE" Membership, I can offer ideas and some applications, but not much more. OFFERING a LOT of FREE CONTENT, history has shown me, RUNS a COPY DOWN UNDER quickly. And I don't mean a quick trip to Australia. What I have to do is keep adding content and BENEFITS, BENEFITS, BENEFITS to the Membership to keep improving it's value. I start now. I 'll keep adding to what I have already started... WORD FROM the FOUNDER, DEVELOPER: I love the Internet. I first used it while in college in the late 80's and didn't even know I was using the "Internet"! The Internet represents everything that we are and can be. The Internet is full of BOLD and BRASS ideas, claims and efforts, often because the person or persons behind that effort will *never* meet the users or those effected by their ideas. And ideas can be expressed freely and very inexpensively. Since just about 1/10 of the population has reliable and frequent access to the 'net, you can be that as the next 1/10 of the population reaches the 'net, there will be FOUR times as much on the Internet! I then want to be in a very special place. So, I created one... You are there -It's here at the MAXSiMO NETWORK. For me, it's meant to do everything that the Internet allows. Therefore, a bold statement: Everything I do and will do, will be done while looking forward to our *first meeting*, somewhere, face-to-face. I love to travel, visit new places, see new things and meet new people. Part of the reason I have done a lot of the things I have done so far is because of this. I am sure you'll find my thoughts interesting and the link to is in the GOLD Membership area and is used as an example. The site is special, thus linked via GOLD. {B>) The idea behind the blog was started in 1989 --15 years later I moved my second trial to the Internet. UPDATE: Monday, 28-Nov-2005 6:33 PM Over Thanksgiving dinner conversation I discussed the site several times, but I never gave the location --just the key words to search it on any search engine. Sometime, reaching something in life are too easy, and the curious get to it. It rather have people who are working to succeed, just as I am read this. End of thought... As the Maxsimo Network evolves and grows, I will do my best to make sure that everything is done with our first meeting in mind -- As IF tomorrow is the day that I meet you and shake your hand. Now on to some practical advice: It's a turnoff to most friends and colleagues when you constantly tell them about the "next big opportunity". Instead, you can lead by example. Start using our tools and services to make your point. Soon, you'll be a leader --and a successful one at that, and then start to build a following that everyone will talk about. My last word on this is that I advise NOT to SAY "HI, I make a ZILLION and you will too." Try NOT TO mention what you earn or post commission check's on the Internet. IF you do, it may be the last one you get. This is also a big security risk --one we don't have the time or personal to deal with. HERE is a BETTER WAY: Help people that you know better their current online success with our tools and services. Then they will be more than happy to work with the tools to tell everyone the story we have. Basic Game Plan: *Start in the foot steps of another and repeat the above process. http://www.affiliatemint.com and http://www.autoreferrals.com are built with this in mind, allowing you the ability to promote as many as 32 Affiliate, Network and Income programs. Actually, the system will allow 33, but the Maxsimo Nework is *ON* as default. Make sure to promote some of the leading online affiliate programs to start out with. Again, we are seeking the best to work with so, getting started is not as easy as you may think, nor as quick as you think. Good things take time.
STARTING -- Good! [Here is the text from my Saturday Update, modified and updated again] I've put the main idea behind the below essay at the bottom: VIEW of a KID in the Can you remember going to the toy store with your parents as a child? Were you asked the question: You can have one item, and ONLY one item. Then a few minutes later: What will it be? Have you made a decision? That was the moment you dreaded. WHY? A decision had to be made. OR You went home empty handed. Success on the Internet is much like selecting one gift out of many thousands or even millions. The success rate for Internet businesses is very, very low because of these two primary pitfalls. Consider this: At the toy store you knew that you had to pick one item and make it fast. Then you had to live with that pick, that one item for a long time. So, you thought hard and fast and made the best possible decision. On the Internet, picking a business opportunity to work with is no different, but the process has a VERY HIGH failure rate for this reason. It's easy to "walk away" from what you pick. Often business opportunities are FREE to START. That is a pitfall. Since you have nothing, nada, zilch invested, you don't bother doing anything with it. You take a "wait and see" attitude to see IF something about it will work or not. Then you hope to do something. However, that initial period of indecision leads to failure because you put it off and end up doing nothing. Or worse, you are on to something else that caught your eye or fancy. However, consider this: What IF you had one thousand dollars left to pick a business to work with and make it succeed. You spent $500 of that budget and got started. Wouldn't you do everything possible to make it work? Wouldn't you do everything in your means to get started quickly and progress as fast as you could? Would you waste a month thinking about it? Would you waste a week pondering over it? Probably not. You'd get straight to the task of building your success. You'd get straight to the point of making it work. This is the problem with information everywhere. It's all an overload. Instead of picking one item that covers the basis of your success and sticking and working with it, you sign up here and there to a "free this and free that", and in the end all you have done is waste your time and made "ZERO" progress. Then to make yourself feel better, you say "well I learned a lot". I beg to differ. To learn on the Internet you have to try, you have to test, you have to spend your hard earned money on ads. You can to see the results. You have to experience. Then only have you learned. This is why with Internet business models and web sites there is so much failure. Nothing risked, nothing ventured, nothing lost. No risk, no return. WHAT is THEN THE REMEDY? Even if something is free, even if something cost a little to truly get going, take the opportunity and delve into it 100% and nothing less. You will see that success is swift, success is bold and success is true! In my studies of success I have often seen the following characteristics in those that made things work. In my blog I have detailed the physically handicapped that did marvelous things. Why? Because they had to. I pointed out the handful of people in the USA who are born without or at a very young age lose their arms. I have seen these people do everything from change diapers and drive a car --even write. How? By using their feet. On the other hand, in our quest to make a success on the Internet we just give up. Or in many cases we just do what we need to do to "get by". Often this is merely a "living death" -- a slow decay of the business model or business idea that you are building. The true measure of success is by taking what you have in front of you. Taking what you have committed to and then doing everything that you had to do to make it work. Often people I mention about this project, where I started with a penny, laugh at the very mention of it. However, what they don't consider is that I am far ahead in my "real world" example. While the one that I am doing here is "handicapped" by the many rules that I have imposed. Once again, it's done as a test of my determination. IF I truly want to make it succeed, I *will* find a way. I have. I will. You need to say the same. You need to make things work. When you "think you can", you know what, YOU WILL. SO WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT THE MAXSiMO NETWORK? First of all the unique products and services enable everyone who joins to do their own share of marketing and network building. Many of the products pay 2-tier commissions from your personal sign ups providing a level playing field regardless of when someone started promoting the network. Of course, with time, that becomes a challenge. But again, that's risk and return. Have you tried it? Then you know what I mean. NOW, here's what you need to do: GET a NOTEBOOK and WARNING: Next FEW LINES CONTAIN a SALES LETTER... Ok, what you need to do: A> What is my passion? What can I talk about 'til dawn and keep going? What would I like to read/learn about and do for the rest of my life? Answer the above question and write down your idea on a note book. B> Now, don't search a domain for this. You don't need that. OR YOU MAY EVEN HAVE IT. You just need the idea. Please don't make it someone else's idea. Just yours. What you love. What you'd like to live for tomorrow. What puts a smile on your face. Write it down. C> Before the end of the week, (2 DEC. 2005 -- REM: Still in pre-launch) I'll present to you a format and TEMPLATE that you will use to publish this at what ever site that you want (or have access to). ABOUT THE TEMPLATE: IDEA in ENGLISH (or ANY LANGUAGE YOU are very good at...) Then start to research your TOPIC, IDEA, etc. with research, hobby, latest news, products & services. TAKE a DEEP BREATH: Now, wait a min. I'd bet a buck that you have something like this already. You call them "MY BOOK MARKS" (perhaps, personal ones) OK, start with that list and categorize them according to the TEMPLATE that I provide. ---------------------STAFF: Put template link here: ---------------------02 DEC. 2005 Then it will be up to you to manage the template, keep it updated, much like your bookmarks. D> Then you will link to the site I tell you about. Once you do that, IRs who have the RIGHT to EDIT will look at your link and either approve or disapprove it. This is called a DIRECTORY and yes, we'll build our own unique directory to build traffic. That is the ONLY WAY! Want to become successful? Start at THE START, even IF it's a PENNY, and you know what? The rest is history. CLOSING THOUGHT: For many of you this may not be the "cup of tea" that you were looking for. That is why you got here "FREE". There's no problem or obligation. Just close and off you go. You account will AUTO DELETE over some time. FOR the REST of YOU: LET's DO IT. One step at a time, all this can and will be done. Sorry, that "our boat is in the ship yard" when I tell you this: But, folks, when is a good time? It was on the drawing board for 10 years, but I could not move it along without the Internet as it is today. Then I had to find financing and that took another 5 years. Then the tests and work...
