Along with the launch of the maxsimo network, I had a few ideas about raising some cash. The issue at this time is staff: I am going to need several individuals to manage the databases and the sales copy as well as day-to-day issues that will surface with the network. Especially, all the work related to the Maxsimo Discount Card.

In order to accomplish all of these issues, I wanted to raise cash by auctioning off about the first 50 of the distributor positions in the Maxsimo Network.

I have now created all of them: I have 7 primary positions, 21 secondary and over 20 special positions, which I can help build the worldwide network of distributors, affiliates, etc. I plan to do that via advertising, special sites like this one, as well as the network of applications that I am growing.

Thus, the first few positions are worth a lot in my opinion. Of course, the problem is that I need convince several others of the potential to generate fantastic monthly cash-flow for many years.

I have devised this plan to get the process going:

I have setup text for an E-Bay ad that will work on selling the distributorships between 28 and 49 for what ever a reader wants to bid. This is a major risk, but my gamble is that there will be several thousand "eyeballs" that see the ad and visit the site. I hope that many who don't bother to bid will just join from the link and go from there. My second goal is to convert about 12% of the visitors from Free sign ups to at least GOLD IR's at $49.95 annually. Anyway, the system is set up now to take and convert the visitors.

My second goal is to setup a Google ADWORDS program and a YAHOO Pay-per-click program. For each of these programs I have gotten a $50.00 coupon (total $100.00) in credit. Thus, I can use the "FREE MONEY" to setup a campaign for P31. In fact, let me go and do just that. I'll setup http://www.penny.maxsimo.net >> OK, just like that I have completed it. Just took a minute to signup.

My plan is to send all sign ups from this site to the above account and use the earnings to advance the penny build up. So, I have now become a distributor in the program that I have engineered.

Ok, back to the Yahoo and Google ads. Using the $100.00 credit, I can now setup ads to generate traffic to my promotional site (the above link) and generate revenue. Of course, I cannot upgrade myself for a few days, as I have yet to earn a penny from the effort.

Ok. Now back to the issue of selling the packages. As I said, I'll put up packages (sign ups, IR positions -whatever you want to call it) up for sale and the batch between 28 and 49 will be put up for sale on E-bay. I plan to run about 2 or 3 ads and test the effectiveness of the whole process. With about 50 million unique visitors from around the world on a weekly basis, I hope to get several thousand eyeballs to look at my ad.

So, let me make this prediction:

• Ebay: 4,000 views | 40 sign ups | 4 Upgrades.
• Yahoo: 200 Click Thrus | 50 sign ups | 5 Upgrades
• Google: 200 Click Thrus | 50 sign ups | 5 Upgrades

All of this action will then happen by next Friday and the final count is that from all the work, there should be about 15 sales of the GOLD Plan or about $740.00 in revenue. Ok, not a bad start.

I am not counting any proceeds from bidding nor special sales. This is pure sign ups and conversion to paid users for the first week of November.

I think the numbers can be far greater, but once again, I'll play conservative, and think small as I get the process stared.

Now, apart from the Ebay, Google and Yahoo ads, I have a collection of 250 promoters on the Internet. These are Super Affiliates from around the world that I plan to call, email and with a few, postal mail invitations to join the team that is growing rapidly.

There incentive to join the network that I have developed is because the applications that I have worked on can help promote and build any business venture that they are working on. However, in order to do just that, they'll of course need to join what I have set up.

I'll work to get about 25 IR's (independent representatives) from the process that I think will take the rest of the year.

Now on to another idea and that is to setup 7 packages to build business credit in the amount of $500,000+ and another 20 packages that enable buyers to build business credit of $250,000+ My idea is to advertise at http://www.businesscreditbuilding.com >> these packages and sell them over the next several months.

The buyers will get the following: Cash flow from an IR position that I have setup and built in exchange for their purchase price, which I think can be around $20,000.00 for the 7 top positions and $9,000 for the next 20 positions. This activity will generate an additional cushion of revenue for the development of products and services for the network.

My goal between all the activities is to generate sales of $300,000.00 for the production and development of the network in the coming weeks and months. I know I have said this many times before, but the main problem that I kept running into, I have now resolved, and that is the programming that I needed to run the network.
