Over the past 150 days of blogging, I have also come to a startaling conclusion about myself: I am too nice of a guy. And I depend too much on numbers --often running numbers 'games' when I need to work on sales.

I think this time I have done that by working on making relationships with online leaders who have been at the top of their business for some time.

My goal now is to work on getting the 21 sales via an Ebay listing to the reserved spots that I have set up. Then I will work on the 20 individual sales at one price point and 7 sales at a second price point. All these positions as I call them today, have been setup and ready to start earning monthly commissions for the buyer.

First, my idea was to work with 7 buyers who want to build several hundred thousand dollars in corporate credit. They can build their business credit by buying one of the positions and then using the cash flow to build the corporate credit.

All this is easy to write about, but getting a buyer to pay $19,900.00 or $8,900 after reading some stuff is not easy at all. But, I'll give it a shot and see what I can do to make the sales over the next 4 to 6 months. I leave it at that time period because according to my calculations the positions that I have reserved will be making thousands monthly by then, and it's not worth it to sell it. So, I have two issues to contend with: First I have to sell the set ups, and I have to do it fast. If I don't I might as well "close" the setups and cancel the sales.

The summary is that I have to sell them VERY QUICKLY and if they don't sell quickly, I need to "absorb each sign up" into the company.

My first start is with the Ebay AD, which I wrote in about 10 min. I'll go over it several more times before displaying it.

In a study of Ebay Ads I noticed two places where I can put the ad. There is an area with "Businesses for Sale" and another area that has just "Weird Stuff" --from the businesses for sale I expect about 200 views of the ad and perhaps 25% of the viewers will click thru to the site and I hope about 33% of them will signup, and from those sign ups, about 12% to upgrade to a paid version.

Then when the math is done, here is what happens:

200 --> 50 --> about 16 --> about 12% = So, in the end out of this ad, about 2 people to upgrade. IF the ad costs $20, then I'll see a $80 return from it. The problem is that the numbers are "nothing to cheer about" --just a start.

I also noticed that there are ads in the "weird stuff" category getting around 10,000 views. These are of course "sex" related and I was wondering IF I could put a second ad that go equally good views. Something like this: 10,000 views --> just 10% click thru --> 1,000 and just 200 sign ups and out of that only 10 upgrades. In this case, I could see around a $550.00 dollar return.

One of the above scenarios will play out, and of course, I hope it will be the latter. I can let you know what happens by next week.

At the start of this conversation I mentioned that I am too nice of a guy and that I didn't "push" as I need to do with sales. Well, the nice guy will have to succeed. I am not going to change my basic values to make this work. The product and the benefit to the user will have to speak for itself and the market will then accept or reject my product. I can live with that. From what I have seen so far, I am very sure the market will accept my offer, my product. I certainly could use such a products, as I feel I am flying thru the Internet not knowing what makes money and what does not. Apart from that, the network will keep getting innovative and resourceful and that will keep the demand for the product and the benefit from it very high.

I know that is a winning combination!

Oh, yeah, it's been 150 days of blogging. I'll reflect on that as well.
