After 141 Days of Blogging I have indentified the following as the 3 most revenue generating part of this site that I need to focus my efforts on:

I actually wrote the below on the 22 of June 2005, but I felt it was much too premeature to talk about it. I still needed a few days to iron out all the tasks ahead of me and make sure that this is indeed what I'd like to do...

1. The first revenue generator may be the last item as far as amount of revenue, but I still need to make sure that the Google Ad sence program is working well within my blog and the rest of the site.

Since the above was written, I updated the site with better META TAGS and Google Ad Sense in two positions on each page of the site. In addition, I have updated the FORUM area with Google ads. The forum also has a new format which I will talk about later.

2. The second revenue generator I am certain about is the P31-STEP Success Building Center. The reason I know this is because I already see the behavior of visitors to the site. I know already what they are looking for and what I need to offer in the mall. I also know what kind of products I have purchased in the past. Thus, I know that this will be a success as long as I maintain a good stock of products that are in demand.

I have completely given up on the above idea, as the subject matter of this site is too broad to generate significant traffic at this point. I don't think I can get traffic cost-effectively enough to make a "P31 Mall" type of area worth while.

In order to resolve the issue and get the P31 Penny building steps going I have put in 2 months+ to complete http://www.businesscreditbuilding.com where I have a niche product, site and idea to market. My goal is to sell a few memberships to the site on a daily basis and that will help build the project. Everthing I have learned in nearly the past 7 years working on the Internet are put to use here.

3. Lastly, I know that a mailing list is essential. I know that by developing a mailing list that has the content and sponsors with the products that the readers are also looking for, I can make a case for a very successful mailing list.

This idea is still in tact and I have obtained a nifty piece of software that allows pop-unders and pop-ups to aide in getting subscribers to the mailing list for each site. I will be putting up the system within the next week to help build the mailing list.

I also think that at this point I will need to have some help to make all of this work. Then I need to make sure that I am over STEP 24 and close to STEP 25 so that I can comfortable get the aide of an Assistant to get the tasks done.

Reflecting more on ITEM #1, I have these thoughts to share. The Adsense program may take thousands of visitors per day even to make it a success. But, there is another way to become very successful with Google and several other pay-per-search type of search engines: that is to use a product like Google's ADWords to drive traffic to Affiliate sites and even mine when setup correctly.

The idea is to pay for the traffic, but obviously pay less that what I make. In the process of keeping costs down and paying for targeted traffic, the eventual equation becomes an effort to always pay much less than what you make from the cost of advertising.

Now, if this all sounds familiar in some way, it should. This is what Maxsimo.com is all about!

Ok, then I have setup a plan regarding how I will maxsimize my time and revenue by:

• Working with a mailing list and products associated with that.
• Then I will work with Adsence and Adwords with traffic and affiliate related matters.
• Lastly, I'll work on a P31 Success Center that features products that I can sell to visitors.
• Lastly, I'll work with the Membership sales at http://www.businesscreditbuilding.com.

The above is my long term plan to build business success at P31.COM and my 31-STEP penny doubling process. I have a lot of good ideas, but the ideas also become a problem as thinking about them loses the focus that I have on what I need to do to succeed with my primary objective.

Now on to another enhancement: The P31.COM FORUM was upgraded again to feature ads from business opportunities that people want to advertise.

My goal with the new forum setup is to offer a way that readers can find, learn about and participte in online and other business opportunities, find tools for their success and in general see what other are doing from the ads placed on the system.

I think the forum can handle thousands of page views daily and the back-end setup is done via a mySQL database so that the posts can go into the hundreds of thousands. What's even more suprising is that the phpBB2 software package is free!
