.MAX Ideas.

I want to use this post to brainstorm several ideas for .MAX. For example, I want to have a browser companion for users that helps them navigate to our Member sites.

Well, before that, I first wrote to an Attorney who handles Patents and Trademarks.

One of the ideas that I've developed is .MAX -- there is .NET® by Microsoft®.  There is .MAC® by Apple®.

I want to TRADEMARK ".MAX" by Maxsimo Card, the company I work for. It will be a SOFTWARE PLATFORM for Small Business around the world that delivers third-party software via the Internet to the local PC or network based on a monthly membership.

Please advice how you want to proceed on this matter.  It may take a bit of time, and I am looking a few months forward, but I would like to (R) .MAX.

In the last sentence I inferred that I would like to REGISTER .MAX. At this time I have claimed a TRADEMARK, but the formal part of that is to REGISTER .MAX so that the designation .MAX™ can be said as .MAX®

NOW to the .MAX IDEAS that I WANT TO BRAINSTORM:

1. Having a browser companion that aides our Members and Merchants.

2. Software that resides locally or on a small office network that updates and informs the user via the Internet.

3. Local (Console) that helps manage, admin and use our network and software.
