DAY # 489: Some Changes --FOCUS on Main Idea

I created the 'look' for the first page at p31.com over a year ago. As part of the continuous upgrades and progress, I add a few enhancements that focus on the main point --The excellence blog that is taking me from STEP ONE to THIRTY ONE.

Now there are links from the first page to every quarter. http://www.p31.com/index.html. I also took much of the first page and moved it to another location that better enables me to keep adding lines.

Much of this week will be spent planning the upcoming expansion -- new tools releases, new hardware and new ad campaigns. I already know that by spending $1 on advertising, I can get the network to generate 5 or even 10 times that back.

The problem in the past was the software that "blew up" when things grew. Now I have confidence in the software and feel that we are ready to build the first 100,000 Members, of which 10,000 will be paid. And of course, the 10,000 first REPS.

They will all come.

What I am focused on now is getting them sooner, rather than later. The sooner they come the better the "buzz" and what takes place next is what I mentioned a few days ago --that "success begets success". Yes, that can be done. But everything has to be ready. That's what occupies my days. Now to some rest. Carpe Diem. Sam.
