Anyway, during the discussion, the answer came in the way that I am doing what I am doing. They way I am doing it is to test the waters at every point, before I take the full step. And this has been going on for a very long time and will go on until I reach the 31ST-STEP. As the African proverb says "Never test the waters with both feet" and in this case, I put a toe in, wiggle a bit and then put the foot in. Then after that foot is stable for a while and proceed to put the next foot.
Indeed, success begets success. And that success is done little bit --bit by bit at a time. Collectively that action culminates in a grand eventuality.
TEST, TEST, TEST & IMPLETMENT -- The COMING WEEK
That was what I did all last week on the new software that will manage the Representatives. The last package that was suppose to do the job was Wildfire, which ran the "entire show", but soon after the purchase a lot of problems surfaced. I gave up on it last week and the new software will be installed tomorrow. I have to spend about 48 hours making sure that it is working correctly.
My expectation is that the software that has worked for 26 years should be able to do the job. So, why am I confident? Because the software is very flexible and allows the EXTRACTION of ALL DATA. This is vital to the success of the company --all the data can be extracted and used to better the organization. In the case of Wildfire, there were a lot of "actions" behind the scenes that I didn't know was going on. In the end it did do a lot, but when that "lot" didn't work, it was a mess.
The new software does basically the same but it does it with 3 main modules --one online that duplicates the main marketing site. Another part that works on a local workstation that does all the administrative 'stuff' and lastly, the shopping cart that does all the sales. The interesting part is that every element, every part of the programs share information between each other, and with the ability to download all the information. I will write a review about it in a few weeks after it proves its worth.
TAKING a MAJOR STEP FORWARD
In the middle of the week I am attending a workshop to implement a DEBIT CARD as part of the Global Discount Card(TM). Again, I will have many more details about this after the event and I know just about everything about it. The bottom line is that we'll send a major brand-name financial product worldwide that can be used immediately.
Furthermore, the PRODUCT is FREE -- We actually earn a lot more from it by "giving it away".
THEN a PLAN for DECEMBER
I am keeping December as a month for testing and make 100% operational all aspects of the network. Thus, December is a time to make 100% sure that all aspects of the network are operational.
It is certainly not the time to implement something new or embark on additional, long-term projects.
Now to rest. It's been hell of a busy week. It's suppose to be a vacation week and that may be true for visitors --NEVER for hosts. Hopefully, this week things will return to normal. And with that thought hope you'll have a great week. Carpe Diem, Sam.

The strongest oak of the forest is not the one that is protected from the storm and hidden from the sun. It's the one that stands in the open where it is compelled to struggle for its existence against the winds and rains and the scorching sun. Napoleon Hill
