PROGRAMMING GOALS:

As I just said, the goal this month is to test and test what we've done to make sure that all aspects of it work. At this point the graphics on all the sites are up to their VERSION 2.0. Our goal now is to make sure that all aspects of 2.0 work. Then minor problems can be corrected.

The next step is to work on 3.0, by writing down the priority list and working on each item. I think 3.0 of all the services will be going during the first quarter of 2007.

I am sure that *today* is the day all sites on the network are working. I have had a problem in the past 10 days with the software that will manage the representatives. We 'dumped' Wildfire and the new software is still getting installed.

REPRESENTATIVE GOALS:

At this time there are about 400 representatives. I would like to see 1,000 of them by the start of 2007. I also would like to see about 20 percent of them upgraded --so, that's 200 who are paying for the use of the Membership area. That's a very good start.

At this point all aspects of the representative management system are installed on the office network. Only a small part of the online system needs to be check. After that the shopping cart needs to "go live" and bring in the sales.

TRAFFIC GOALS:

At the start of the year I predicted about 700 visitors per day to this site. Now I know why I have reached less than half of that. The reason is that I need to point the Representatives this way and help them build their success, one step at a time.

Let me put it like this: With 1000 representatives coming here a few times a month, and that representative count increasing month after month, my outlook is to have about 20% of the representatives coming here month after month. That will certainly take the daily visitor average to over 1,000 per day.
