In this case I am doing what any smart business on the Internet does --help build a referral community. In the above example, Google will pay to refer new publishers of Google ads.

So why would some people think incorrectly on this subject? I suppose it's because I am collecting money for it.

Well, true. But here is the bottom line. The object of everything that is done on our network, and any that I am using to build revenue is *optional* to purchase a product.

That is the KEY to a legal referral marketing setup, and something that I have written about several times over these updates. IF you force someone to make a purchase, it is illegal.

What excites me about all of this is that optionally we have had up to a 20% upgrade rate by free sign ups. I look forward to seeing all that after the re-launch of the Representative management software.
