Since the idea was started by me, and I could not find any sponsors for it, what I am doing is building the initial part of it. The sponsors for the site will come later. I suppose the network that I created will be the sponsor. Additionally, the articles will be heavily oriented towards SMALL BUSINESS/HOME BUSINESS, FINANCIAL IDEAS and other network products.
Coincidentally, these also happen to be "content" that attract very high-value ads from Google. Once again, success begets success. Write about making a success and that brings on success that brings on more success.
Ok, now on to the draft of the FIRST ARTICLE, which I will finish during my lunch today.

So much for lunch... It just flew by as I was trying to resolve a major work task --setting up the new representative management system.
Well, that is nearly done, and an Associate is left to finish those tasks. I think tomorrow (Wed) we can re-launch the system.
Now on to finishing my task...
BUILDING NETWORTH:
Best Investment: HOME
While starting out as a 20 or 30 something, the first and foremost investment is your own home. Not only will you be avoiding the funds paid to a landlord on a monthly basis, but you'll start to add to your own equity from the first year.
1. Best ROI in a home --old bath, then a kitchen. Look for homes where these can be updates at a low cost.
2. Refinance only when a point can be shaved.
3. Put either 20% down or plan on paying a "13th month" -- OR do both. A 30-year mortgage will come down to about 12 years.
4. 30/40 -- keep your home expenses to 30% of income while keeping total debt to 40% of income.
This entire "SERIES" is planned as an update to maxsimo.org, and will take up a STEP on that site. However, there is a LOT more to this than one day's typing. I will take this up again later in the week.
Carpe Diem, Sam.
