Another busy day doing things that I didn't plan. I should have known it would be like this...

I've been busy making plans for the next quarter and getting some of the new features of the network ready.

The main features that are new will allow daily contact with the network users. I look forward to that.

Lacking daily contact with a mailing list or two have cost a lot. The importance of a list is one --familiarity.

Familiarity translates to comfort, which translates to trust and all of that translates to more and more usage and sales.

This is a cycle that I kept missing in the past due to poor software, problems with servers and finally staff. Now I feel the most confident I have ever been. I am ready... to sleep now.
