generates income to referrals? What I am saying is that the network is built upon the principle that every visitor is sent by someone, and that IR will earn a commission. However, when there is no referral, where should the commission go?
That is why I have setup the Bonus Pool, which takes the commissions earned from the various programs and does two things with it:
1> Advertise externally. Although, we run an ad network, it is in our best interest to also run ads in various publications on a regular basis to attract new customers and IRs, worldwide. I can use 50 percent of the funds in the 'pool' to fund this advertising. Since the advertising benefits everyone who is doing some sales, this again, pays back those who are doing something to build the network.
2> The second use of the funds is to build a Bonus Pool like this: Let's say that there is $10,000 this month for bonus commissions. That would mean that I have already spent another $10,000 on advertising. The $10,000 that we have for the Bonus Pool will be used in this manner: Half would go to the first place IR with the most referrals and retail sales of memberships. The second place finisher would get $2,500, and the third, $1,250 and so on until about $250. Then the last 5 finishers will get $250 each. The total cost of the Bonus Pool then is about $12,000 plus the cost in staff time to administer the program, which really would not take that much time.
3> There would also be these two rules:
A> IF there is a tie at any point, the two IRs who are tied for an award would share 50% of the combined amount that is to be awarded. For example, if there was a tie for 2nd and 3rd place, then $1,250 plus $675 would be added and divided by half and given to each winner.
B> Next rule is that the Bonus Pool awards can be won only once a quarter. This means that one person can win only 4 times annually, and this gives a chance for others to emerge into the bonus pool.
4> When the Maxsimo Card Memberships are distributed worldwide, the following will be implemented: I will also begin an annual BONUS POOL that adds funds monthly using proceeds from the Maxsimo Card customers. At the end of each year, between Thanksgiving and New Year's time (November -- December's End) I'll award the TOP 10 sales awards to the people with the best track records.
Everyone who is an IR will be eligible for this award, regardless of how many times that have won during the year. My goal is to see an award that is around $250,000 to $1 million being used to award the TOP 10 IR's. This will then give a real boost to the entire network, for more IRs to do their best and reach for the awards.
Well, one more idea: I have been working on this for about 2 months, and now I am ready to tell everyone. The idea is not just "up selling" but have a much broader range of products, pricing wise, and for the network I have worked on with a partner on Business Credit Building. Of course, the site has been up for a while, but now this page is also >> there to show a product that has only 40 available. We are using this product to generate advertising revenue. But now I have the idea that after the product delivers the business credit building, I can turn the monthly revenue towards our BONUS POOL, and perhaps, even expand the bonus payments to the TOP 25 or even TOP 100, with significant amounts being paid on a monthly basis.
Anyway, I'll keep expending on these ideas and build it from there. It is a must to run a contest. An absolute *must*. Obviously, the more funds that I use to pay in the contest, the more excitement will get built.
Ok, with that thought I bid you a very happy weekend. Of course, my time with family is priceless, and I hope you'll feel that way come Monday. Success & Carpe Diem, Sam.
