are the listings of members, who are counting on our network to deliver their share of the traffic.

The entire undertaking is enormous, but again, tips and tricks are nice, but tools, services and applications rule!

I will use some of the below discussion to round out my introduction of the site to the Affiliates later today:

1> Listings in the biig.com directory and search engine are approved based on the merit of each listing. The approval process cannot be compromised by personal beliefs at the detriment of the organization or worldwide network of IRs.

2> Member listings have priority, but cannot be guaranteed to be listed, as the quality of each listing is accounted for by the IR.

3> IRs must adhere to the sprit of the network --that is to help advance the site/network to benefit worldwide customers, members and IR's.

Lastly, today I'll announce several details from the BONUS PRIZES that the company is setting up using CASH and a product we developed for Business Credit Building at this location >>.

As I explained a few day ago, the prizes will be based on the earning from affiliate programs promoted by the network. At his point, I think that by about July of this year, we can award the first of such prizes with a pool of $5,000.00. This pool will be awarded to the TOP 10 IR's based on sponsoring and sales in the coming months of April, May and June. Then I will evaluate the frequency, and award the prizes every two months, and then finally every month.

The prizes will be award using this formula:

A> Total Members at GOLD+ with GOLD = 2 points, PLATINUM = 4, PROFESSIONAL = 7, ENTERPRISE = 12 and PARAGON = 20

B> The total of the points will be added up to choose the TOP 10 Prize winners. In case of a tie, the tied participants will split the prizes between each other.

C> Lastly, the management decisions are final. The first prize will be awarded on the 1st of July 2006 with the winner announced via email and on the maxsimo.com site.

I will elaborate on these items and get the message out to the IRs that are part of the network this afternoon. The rest of the week more items will be introduced as the updates are completed this month.

One little item that I forgot: On the 1st of July, we'll also announce winners for these category: We'll award the following 3 prizes as well to the TOP business developers from above, in addition to the above prizes. These will be an "A", "B" and "C" corporations as outlined on this page at Business Credit Building >> . Essentially, what we'll end up doing is taking an account that was created for the corporation and changing the of the account to what ever name the 3 winners want it to be. It can be a change to their personal or business name. Anyway, the end result is that the monthly amount that account is earning, which can be substantial is then earned by the 3 winning IRs!
