My goal now is to create an atmosphere that lends itself to acceleration of near-term growth leading to solid momentum.
Here is how I plan to accomplish those two tasks:
Firstly, as I discussed earlier, I'll set up a contest. Not just one, but two in which a pool of bonus money is created every month using the proceeds from the affiliate programs that are promoted by the network and our own funds to get the process moving.
Next, I will use 5 of the corporations that we decided to sell as part of the effort at business credit building (see Business Credit Building here >>) In addition to awarding the monthly prizes starting at the end of June, I'll also give away 5 of the corporations over the next year to the best quarterly winners. At the end of the year, the annual winner will also get a corporation.
The objective is to spur all the sales that I can with the network functioning at about 95%, by the end of this month. I think that once the word about the prizes get around and the leaders in the company get the checks, in addition to the monthly commissions, it will spur much more sales. I think this is the best use of the monies that are coming and of course the give away of the 5 corporations.
One of the potential buyers asked "Why we are giving away the future cash flow" in the business credit building product. The simple answer is that for every dollar coming in we can build profits of several more dollars. In that environment, our goal was to get as much in from sales --even with products that gave away part of the cash flow.
In the end the company pays commissions that amount to 39% of every dollar that comes in. I know there are companies out there that award 70%, but again, these are organizations with no real products, and it's just a matter of time before they go away. The reality is that after paying 39% in commissions the company can do very well and grow nicely into the future. That allows me to use the funds coming in from partner sales to build the monthly awards.
BACK to the REASON for CREATING the AWARDS:
The reason is simple --in our organization, it's vital that our IRs are earning a good income. However, no one person can get all the work that we need done. I hope that there are about a dozen super IR's who do a combined 50% of the work and I need to make sure that they are rewarded for their efforts. The commissions of course will do that. But adding to the commissions the prize awards will put an emphasis on it as well.
In the end the money motivates everyone to do more. And I plan to make sure that is accomplished.
Another reason that all this is very timely is that the biig.com product has just become part of the network. And next week I plan to release Maxsimo.com, which I think will also add greatly to the sales of the network. Both of these products need the masses of people that have to be active in the network to manage and market the products. Otherwise, all of this will lack the momentum that is needed to reach the worldwide audience that we are seeking.

I thought a bit more about the process and came to the conclusion that I just need to complete all parts of the network, ASAP. Then I'll need to focus on the updates to each site. It is vital that the CO-OP parts of the network are search engine optimized and then once again updated with better sponsoring material.
Another idea that I had was to use audio and some video to enhance the sites and see how that would aide sponsoring.
Wrapping up my discussion, the momentum of the network took a hit from some of the outages, and frankly a lack of communication on my part when there was no "good news" for a while. However, starting last week, and into many of the coming weeks there is a lot of good news. I'll focus on getting the momentum back.
Then I can get back to the discussion about building traffic for everyone.
Success and Carpe Diem. Sam.
