DAY # 279 : Discussion about Business Credit Building and the Traffic Ramp Site. Why I Created Them and Benefit to Users UPDATE: Working on one item I got a bit of the writers block, so, I switched my thoughts here to keep the flow going. I am into tomorrow's thoughts... BENEFITS of BUSINESS CREDIT BUILDING: The reason I created the Business Credit Building site is because it's a greatly overlooked part of starting any business. When I went up against business credit building several years ago, it was not a pretty picture and I found out that many others were up against the same ordeal. Then a idea was born to create a site that dealt with all aspects of business credit building. Secondly, the idea that I optimize this site for business credit was not a good one at all. This site has far too many ideas to be of value for a search engine like Google and it's Adwords ad system. The only way I could better those results is with the masses coming to this site. However, the business credit building site is optimized greatly to take advantage of the search engines. And rightfully so as the name of the site, the files and text are all setup to reward the searches. |

In addition, the term "business credit building" is searched (in various forms) about 15,000 times a month on the Yahoo ad network. My assumption is that its about 3 times that amount on Google. Furthermore, the term "business credit card" is searched over 100,000 times on the same network, and perhaps, about 4 times that amount on Google. My aim with the site is to 'crack' about the TOP 10 and offer several FREE items to have people subscribe to the mailing list. I think that by the end of this year at least a few hundred people will be coming to the site on a daily basis. I think my goal is to have the site rank in the first page of Google and Yahoo for business credit building. BENEFITS of the TRAFFIC RAMP: In the same channel of thought the Traffic Ramp is also setup to address one problem with business building on the Internet -- TRAFFIC. The is the number one problem that anyone with a good idea on the Internet has. I wanted to use the results of my testing and present products, services and applications at the site that would enable everyone to build their traffic. The term "web site traffic" is searched around 100,000 times on the Yahoo network and I am sure about 3 or 4 times that number on Google. I would venture to guess that with a fully optimized site and good content I can attract around a thousand visitors to the site on a daily basis. I am not counting on the search engines for much of the traffic because getting on the first or even the second page of a search for "web site traffic" will not be easy at all. But I will try. Of course, all the work that I do to get that done will be presented here! Lastly, all the tools and knowledge I have gained so far working on the sites and especially the tests run from this site will be reflected as I publish the results. Ok, now I have wormed up nicely with all that I have to do. Back to my original task. Carpe Diem. Sam out.
