FORGETTING the #1 CARDINAL RULE

The cardinal rule that I have forgotten is that I need to build the success of the Representatives with their own revenue that meets or exceeds their expectations. Just working towards or having the greatest product will not work. Well, that goal of a very powerful product will be reached in the future, but at this time the focus needs to be on motivation for sales. And sales motivation is 99% profit. That part I have missed while working on many other parts of the network.

That focus will now move to the site I have setup called Autoreferrals.com (http://www.autoreferrals.com >>), where I'll setup a system that makes it very easy for our Representatives to refer sales and earn $100 to $300 per Membership up front. Following that there will be residual commissions from the continued use of the membership and monthly billing. As I outlined in the price increases that are laid out in the WHAT WORKS Manual, the annual membership fees will go from $50 to $199 at the bottom end and from $399 to $899 on the upper end. The other major change I'll make is that the annual membership fees can be paid on a monthly basis. I decided to do this because only by keeping track of changes on a monthly basis can I make sure that accounting in kept up with. IF we wait a year to find out if a member's credit card is good for another charge, that may not work. However, by charging monthly, we'll know how to proceed. The monthly charges start at $19.95 and increase in these intervals: $29.95, $49.95, $69.95 and $99.95.

By making the above changes I will succeed in bringing success to the Representatives. At this time they are not making enough income. By implementing the changes they can generate the income that they are looking for.

What more is in store for this week?

A> There are a lot of changes that I have made to the Maxsimo.com site of the Global Discount Card. I have not published them, but I think by the end of the week I will be ready to deploy them for some testing. I don't anticipate making the announcement until the following week.

B> This week I hope to announce the new referral site, autoreferrals.com.

C> Lastly, there will be another update to the WHAT WORKS Manual.

All in all, another busy week. I also have to coordinate more things with the programmers, but that is ongoing work as usual.
