back, but of course nothing comes when we expect. It's only when work is done in an obsessive manner for a collected period of time do things start to move. Since I enjoy aviation, perhaps, the example is the comparison to a passenger jet engines that don't do much when the throttle is raised. It takes a few seconds before the thrust of the engines are felt and the jet accelerates. There was a classic example of this when one of the new generation of airbus planes, loaded with staff, did a flyby at an aviation show. The pilot came in low, and then "hit the gas" at the end of the runway. Nothing happened. When the ground effect was lost at the end of runway, covered with woods, the plane just "sat" shortly after in a fireball. Lucky, to my recollection, a lot of the passengers escaped.

Well, after a lot of work and "pressing on", I am feeling the thrust --It's been a lot of work for a lot of time. Was it worth it? You bet. It is exactly what was planned and after many problems, solutions, plans, errors --over coming Murphy's Law, things are moving along.

Perhaps, the way to summarize my efforts is to repeat the text from the end of the last update --My goal is to help build the success of Representatives and Members in the network. In order to accomplish that I need to keep moving forward building the tools, services and applications. The ones that are already running need to be improved. I must press on...

MAJOR INITIATIVE ANNOUNCEMENT

I wanted to expand on the Representative Success Prizes that are to be awarded on a quarterly basis, then on a monthly basis, with an annual "grand prize" to the Most Successful and Innovative Representative as decided by me. The award is for Representative Excellence in which the representative will accomplish and produce success in a way that also inspires me.

PERSONAL GOAL to PROMOTE MAXSIMO.NET

One of the goals that I have always had was to work on a project that raised money for a worthy cause and at the same time popularized the network itself. The building of the Maxsimo Card™ base of users will take a lot of work, but with a way to reach the masses, I think it can be done quickly.

The plan is to "build steps" for Maxsimo.ORG and do it personally, the hard way, working with anyone that will help me build from $0.01 to $10,737,418.21.
