time to think. Some of my best ideas going back years how come when I work with wood, and this weekend was not an exception. However, still my thoughts centered mostly on several of the actions that I need to complete and those that would take the network to the next level.

ACTIONS to COMPLETE

Mainly the Maxsimo Databases. I have written down the questions that I want to ask the new merchants who sign up for months and then I have "tweaked" it about a dozen times to arrive at the questions that I have now. I have taken just about all the days that I need and now it's time to put down things that are concrete.

Apart from that, to complete things before the end of the month, I have the database for Maxsimo.ORG to complete.

The rest of the actions are those that I have talked about the rest of this month --mainly issues that I need to focus on such as using voice and other media to convey a better message to sponsor new Representatives and motivate our current representatives. What I hope to do in the coming month is to start more and more productions using my own voice and a combination of video and voice to explain and motivate 'my audience'. I know a lot of people do not like to spend hour upon hour reading, and worse, doing it in front of a screen. So, I must make the message quick, accurate and easy to 'digest' and the best way to do it is with voice at first, and then video and a combination of both.

TRENDS are ONES FRIEND!

As I had pointed out a while back, all the trends are going well. Of course, had I had things go 100% my way there would be 10,000 people join the network overnight, but that is pure fantasy, at this point. I do believe that will happen one day, but that day is a good few month in the future, or even next year. I have no problem with that because that gives me time to plan well and get ready for such moments. That gives me time to think and make sure that everything has had several rounds of improvement. I don't mind that at all.

So, the trends in traffic, in participation and in new referrals are climbing and doing exactly what they are suppose to do for a successful organization. My goal is to keep improving what we have done and what we plan on doing.

My of my journey so far focused on self-improvement and being able to get things done, and now those efforts are showing, I think, in my work and what I am 'putting on the table' on a weekly basis. I will go forth working on getting better at it and building my leadership in planning, designing and building Maxsimo.NET.
