too many things on the table would get me in trouble. While that is true I have kept a vigilance on what works and what helps automate the vatious tasks. I now would like to list several of the network features that can help automate the tasks of running the network and communicating better with the members and representatives:

1> E-mail. This one is obvious, but I have learned that sending more than 2 emails per week is not effective at all as much of the email is "tuned out" by the subscriber. On the opposite end, sending too few emails is also not that great, as people forget about "who you are" and what you are "all about".

It then takes some time to get back on the "rhythem" and get the momentum rolling again. I experienced that first hand between January and the start of March this year. Not a good feeling. However, now things are coming back well after another full month of "communications".

2> Setting up a "HELP DESK" --In my case the representative HELP DESK has not worked all that well. I think it takes too much time to look over the site and register for it. I think the better way to handle the HELP DESK is via the forum that is already up and running in the biig.com area. I think that over time I will expand the forum to a PRIVATE AREA just for the members and allow them key information that is not available to the general public.

3> FORUMS. Then there are the forums that I think are doing just fine. I just need to build up more and more activity. The participation level of the representatives at this time is not that great, but I think with the consistent improvements in the network, that "level of participation" will increase. I need to make sure that I don't have too many of the forums. The software by PHPBB, that makes a wonderful and free forum software, can be "abused" by setting up too many of them. I just want to restrict my use of the program to 2 or 3 sites and keep it that way to work with very productive and often used forums.

4> AUDIO and VIDEO -- My last item about communication is to say that I am bit by bit switching to voice and video to "teach and explain" that the network is all about.
