Perhaps, those price levels will remain as the membership prices, but as more and more products, services and applications get added on, there will be some "per use" fees. I think I'll keep it just like a membership price in a Golf Country Club or a Leased Jet Membership, where a membership fee is paid and then there are monthly or even per use fees that are added on top of it. This is the only billing model I see working for a couple of reasons.

First of all, the credit cards need to be "fresh" -- billing every year means that many credit cards are 'expired' or cancelled. Worse scenario is if the member has forgotten that the billing ever existed.

The second reason is that not many members will want to pay $499 or even $299 up front for the membership. They may be much more comfortable paying $49 or $29 dollars per month. Of course, when their commissions add up they will be cash positive rather soon.

Lastly, over the long term I think that renewals will opt to pay the full amount and get about a 20% discount. All these items are valid points to keep in mind as the network takes the necessary steps to improve.

NOW TO THE NETWORK "TO DO" LIST for MAY:

Just about all of May I'll spend on making the features that I have introduced work completely, work better and work 'simply'. They're some places where the work is not finished. I'll also work on making some of the features better. And I've got to keep reviewing things to make sure that the traffic flow, the navigation and text descriptions are easy to understand, use and just simple to build the success of the members.

There are some ranking features that I'll add to the listings at biig.com and the START PAGE that many of you are seeing when you open up a browser window will also be upgraded to show more and more details from your local area as well as the many features on our network that help you as a member make money.

Personally, I am spending a little bit of time each day optimizing a site, and each week working on one site that will feature AdSense Ads from Google. This work I do mostly at my spare time in the evening while my wife is watching TV and kids are off to bed. I suppose I will continue to do that for the next few months until all the sites that I want deployed for the CO-OP sales and marketing network are up and running.
