any organization that wants to listen to me and help my cause, the attention they deserve.

At the same time I wanted to do something special. Something that would set apart this organization from every other one and raise us a step above. In the end multiplying the success on the network to millions of others.

The way I plan to do it is with the ideas here: http://www.maxsimo.org >> It's not a non-profit but the idea was to help transfer funds for such organizations through the traffic that comes to the network. It was also an attempt to work with the Members to get exposure and success for local community work.

THE VISION and EXECUTION of that VISION

In the introductory page I laid out the vision of the web site and what it would accomplish. Then I have to put some rules that I'll follow and a master plan for operations. In the entire scheme of things, this will be the 7th STEP BUILDING PROJECT that I am undertaking. The first 5 are talked about here. The 6th if for the bonuses that will be paid out to our Representatives. The 7th will be for Maxsimo.ORG, but I will talk about some of the details at that site. Originally, I thought of using WORDPRESS (the content management system) at Maxsimo.ORG, but I decided against it, as it will be too much work. My plan is to keep it simple, very simple.

Now I have two tasks to make that come true:

1. Setup a database to capture the information from organizations. The database is actually setup, as are the search features, add record, etc. Next I need to make it live, after an Associate at the company checks it.

2. Embark on the following: Just start building and exploring the ideas. Which I will do here.

Obviously, I have a lot to do on my plate, but I am counting on two things --the company getting bigger and secondly, there being more staff to help with the core work. This blog and many aspects of maxsimo.org will be maintained by me. I have purposefully kept the site very simple so that the pages don't take too much bandwidth and I can make changes to fit the ideas that come my way.

SO WHAT NEXT?

At Maxsimo.ORG the database and data entry area will get published this week. That will allow me to manage those who enter data and "approve" them to display their organization at Maxsimo.ORG.

I have to come up with the ideas to keep the STEPS growing. In my case, there is no change in the house to do it. I have collected it the first time around, or my son has cleaned out everything for his piggy bank. I now have to find other ways...

When I started this conversation, I said "the strongest method of creating viral exposure" --that is done by building links from all types of media. That is why I am doing this --creating a "win-win" situation.
