DAY # 313 : Founder working on Sales -- a Learning Experience.

Now that my part in the programming has slowed down, and most of the tasks are handed over to the 'gurus' I can focus on the sales.

The first part of the 'focus on sales' was to improve the sales area. I've done the first part of that by revising the sales pages. Now I am working on adding the voice --an audio click recorded by me. This has not proven easy as I am not too familiar with the software

and I don't leave my voice on anything except for answering machines and voicemail. I feel comfortable with all that, so I think it's a matter of not talking about it here, and just getting the "job done"!

SALES, SALES and SALES

I think the most important part left for me is to focus on the sales. At this point it is vital and proves the logic of the network.

So, what do I need to do to focus on sales? I need to look over all the improvements and tools and look at who is using them. Then I need to contact them and make sure that they understand that the best way to build their business and grow their commissions is to upgrade their own membership and then work on making there own sales.

Now the important part is that the sign up at at http://www.maxsimo.net >> is now crafted to "make the sale" in a system-wide approach. In the past, all the tasks that a Representative had to do was a bit laborious and most didn't do it. Now the process has been narrow down to just one part that the rep has to focus on. Advertise it, and the job is done.

MEASURING SUCCESS

In addition to working on sales I will also need to measure the effectiveness of the advertising, sales texts and sales area. I have the tracking programs in place to measure all of this. Additionally, I can use the number produced by the different advertisers, including Yahoo, Google and MSN.

I think the key to success is to make sure that the "start of the sales" produces significant results. Since the current sales and marketing approach utilizes monthly payments to the Memberships, when the representative sees good results at the start, it is just a matter of time until more and more of the same advertising is done.

The key to success is to keep building the monthly cash flow that is generated by a Representative, while increasing the benefit to the members. In a work "value" and all else should be fine.
