NETWORK UPDATES and IMPROVEMENTS

The Associates working on programming are working on Maxsimo.NET 2.0, which I hope we'll be able to debut by the end of this month. There are several enhancements, and I am working on a new tool to help with search engine ranking and generating visitors.

While doing a lot of work this week, it got me thinking about the mind set of the Representatives, who in a sense are looking for that perfect business opportunity. I must say that such a "biz opp" does not exist, but the best that can be done is to "express the vision" and then work on building it.

I think I have done that over the many hundreds of pages that I have updated here, but there is a lot more work to do still until all the elements of Maxsimo.NET are done. At this time things are growing nicely, but again, it would be better if the growth accelerated to even a greater degree in the near term.

Going back to the "mind set" -- it's like thinking about an operating system. I remember around 20 years ago how things were and how difficult using a PC was. Nothing was perfect, and often it was crude software. Even the most used operating system at that time (DOS) was very limited and couldn't do much at all. But look at how things have evolved. That is the same way organizations such as our are built. It does not happen overnight.

I think I am making the best changes that we need to accommodate success and grow the network to several million members, speaking of the discount card.

So, while thinking about all of this, I made the decision to go to video for all the "tutorials" that are part of the network. However, since I am still stuck producing my first audio clip, again, I wonder how I can make the transition from text to audio. I think once again, the answer is STEP by STEP where I first setup a small clip and then graduate to larger and larger clips of audio and video.

I think the communication of the ideas has been a bit difficult and I think that using the format of audio and video I will greatly resolve that situation.
