I think it's best that at this time I write the complete copy for the job opening. My focus most of the time so far was to make sure the programming was correct. In some cases, I did the work. Most of the time someone else did the bulk of the programming. This neglected the "look 'n feel" of the network. It needed to be "fresh" and professional. That has taken a "hit".

My goal this month, as all the sites in the network are published and up and working, is to also make sure that the 'look 'n feel' is the best that it can be. Below I'll detail someone I am looking for and publish that information in a free lance site. Often I find that these sites are the best way to get to know someone and then hire them full time. I don't like to work with people on a temporary basis. Given the amount of work that needs to be done, if I keep doing that I'll have too many people to deal with. Having a longer-term pespective on the matters is a much better way to proceed.

My objective is to find someone who can:

1> Write some of the sales copy.

2> Do all the graphics work from banners to flash presentations.

3> Make the sales letters and graphics.

4> Work on the various sites in the network to help me make them better and look much better. The individual needs to have very good skills working with MySQL and PHP --especially, taking the data and publishing it.

5> Help add voice and video to the network and lessons.

6> Keep working on enhancing sales and marketing efforts.

7> Aide and maintain search engine optimization and various other methods of building traffic to the network.

Essentially, I am looking for someone who can start out as a VP of Marketing. In our case, this person cannot "man an executive position" while asking others to do the work. This person has to fully immerce themselves into the work and do it. A bit like me, but much better skilled at production of the work and creating a great "look 'n feel" for what we have.
