DIFFICULTY of FINDING GOOD TALENT

At one point I didn't want to work with offshore programmers, but at this moment I am willing to go anywhere to find a good programmer to work with. I always work with several, but now I am getting further and further behind. It always seems like there are personal problems, ego problems or some sort of an issue with everyone that I have come across so far. I work hard to work with everyone, but I am getting tired of the situation.

But, all this is a matter of attrition --I have talked to a lot of Entrepreneurs on the Internet and they all seem to have the same problem. Finding good people to work with.

Not all hope is lost. The Internet provides a lot of places to find good people, and I hope that in the coming days I'll find a very good programmer to work with.

TODAY is a SPECIAL DAY -- ROUND OUT the CO-OP NETWORK

I think by the end of the day today I will complete the setup of more than 30 domains that are going to be the CORE of the CO-OP network driving traffic to our Representatives. In these sites I will work on search engine optimization, and the sites will pay for them selves by featuring Google Adsense. I am not going to list all the sites here simple because by doing that I will throw off the stats that I am producing. I want those stats to reflect pure results from online promotions. When that ends, I'll link from here and feature all the sites on the network.

NOT SO MOTIVATED THIS AM

I suppose I need to put down this thought --when there are problems from time to time, one get 'down' and not so motivated. I think this AM is such a start to my day. With personnel issues looming, I get "bogged" down and cannot get moving on the tasks.

I just need to concentrate and work with the people who are still part of the team and make sure that I build the network with them, and not focus on someone who elects to leave.

Once again, the FOCUS work is there. It is vital I think to any success, and in this case I need to focus on what is working with those who are doing the work. Then I need to make sure that I do everything to work with them and cultivate the relationship and make sure that the organization is doing well.
