traditional business needs to a business: Traffic. In real estate it's location, location, location... Have the right location and that means a good value for a home or the perfect corner for a business.

BUT, what does it mean to have a Great Location for a business? It means TRAFFIC. The two legged kind.

For a web site, it's the TWO EYED kind. And in my case that traffic is starting to take off. The current stats that show around a 100 visitors per day I think will hit about 120 per day on average by the end of May. I think by the end of June that count will go to around 200 per day.

How am I suddenly getting about a 70% rise in traffic? Well, its' not that sudden, but the tool that I have put together certainly helps. And if you look carefully at the stats it shows that the TRAFFIC as in visitors per day and the SITES --these are the sites linking back to P31.COM are taking off.

CAN I ALSO GET this TOOL?

Certainly, that is what my effort is all about. I test. I develop. I get the aide of the company team. We deploy and before you know it the Members area has the tools to build success. The very tools that I am using now.

So, What Does this Tool DO?

First of all, I detest tools, applications or what ever that "try to fool" readers or search engines. What I like are elegant applications that create the conditions necessary for success of our members --like you!

What I have done is to develop a system that takes the DIRECTORY POSTING at biig.com, along with MORE INFORMATIVE information such as articles and press releases and build a system around it that broadcasts that information to a growing network of sites in our CO-OP Representative success network.

These are the sites that I have talked about such as this site, where I take the casual visitor and any signup or purchase from that visitor is turned into a REWARD for the Representatives who are doing their promotional work as Maxsimo.NET.

The tools that will be launched in the Member's area essentially uses data from the directory, press releases and articles, based on CATEGORIES and posts that information on our network. The next enhancement is to post that information on THIRD PARTY SITES, but that will take some effort. I am confident by doing that I can build this site's traffic into the thousands daily, but I don't see that happening until the end of this year.

Anyway, this is what all the effort is about: I build and test and then enable the Members to also build their own success. A winning formula! Carpe Diem. Sam.
