Clearly the sites come first. It is the "egg" in the "chicken and egg" equation! The egg must come first.

DESIGNING of the PRODUCT:

1> The product must be able to deliver press releases, product reviews, articles, page long ads, etc. --all "content" to the network of sites.

2> We'll use our own sites and invite third party entrants --mostly our members and merchants --to enter the system and input their own Content Management System (CMS) data.

3> Once we know the type of CMS site and the various categories and sub-categories on their site, we'll "spider" their CMS system and gather the data.

4> Then our system will match the data publishers with our clients, where the data publishers have give us the access details for their CMS sites and our clients have given us the content that we need to publish at all the CMS sites.

5> Then our system, which will actually run on a linux server at the office that I setup last week, will then spend just about all of it's time publishing the information. At the end of the session the system will send a summary email to the member.

WHAT THIS WILL ACCOMPLISH:

1> A lot of links from various sites that are category targeted.

2> A lot of inbound links.

3> Exposure to the visitors to all the sites and a lot of viewers to the content.

4> Excellent exposure/content for the search engines.

5> Ability by the member to quickly grow their site visitors.

6> Content for various blogs, CMS sites, etc. A lot of content!

I will complete the design of the system and the specifications. The item in this case is PHASE ONE. I have already solicited bids from outside programmers to work on this as I don't want our staff to get bugged by "yet another idea" from Sam. B>)

I think in as little as three weeks the system can be announced to our members. Then a network of sites such as this test site (which you can see here >>) I have setup will take the content with links back to the member's own site and help build traffic.

HOW am I GOING to take ADVANTAGE of this CONCEPT:

1> The company has around 70 domains that have been puchased thru the past 10 years "sitting around" and not doing much. I have started to put the WORDPRESS CMS system on all of them. I can setup about 1 a day and should get done with all of them by the end of the summer.

2> Each of the sites will then be registered in the PUBLISHING SYSTEM that I have put together. That system will then deliver the content to the sites.

3> Each of the sites will deliver the traffic for Maxsimo.NET and the CO-OP traffic network that helps our Representatives.
