So, I decided to pursue the key words "business success", "financial success" and "personal success" --the search engines don't care much about that either.

Then I setup two other sites focusing on business credit building. The search engines loved that. So, I created nextsuperstock.net, using the "spam" content that I get daily. That too is loved by the search engines. Why? They are very targeted. They pursue a niche. They discuss a narrow topic. That is what you need to do in the first place.

Following that you'll need to find a unique angle to pursue that relationship with the visitors. Readers will want it that way. In my case I am trying my best by helping others also find their success --one penny at a time, as you see in the 31 STEP to the right.

Once you've decided on the content that you'll focus on, then it's time to start building the links. Then keep these items in mind:

When building your links, get going little by little. Don't try to "flood the world or in this case the Internet" with your links. That's just going to get a RED FLAG. Or now it's WORLD CUP time --so, a RED CARD!

If you know what you are doing you can take short cuts. There is no problem with link exchanges but consider each site carefully and slow down in your gathering of links to your site. Vary your anchor text. Add small amounts of good quality content to your site regularly.

Make your site more 'sticky' to encourage visitors to stay a while. Encourage visitors to bookmark the site with the press of a button. Encourge visitors to join your mailing list. And lastly, the next time you renew your domain name, do so for 2, 3, 5 or even 10 years to show the search engines that you are serious about your success. Most ICANN registered domain sellers give discounts of 15% to 20% for lengthy registration, so as long as you don't calculate the "time-value" of money, this is the best way to go...

My last "word of advice" is to tell your story. Be truthful. Just be... As I have.

PUBLISHING SYSTEM that HELPS "TELL YOUR STORY":
For months I have been working on CMS --content mangement sytems. I was so impressed by such systems, I looked around and settled on the WORDPRESS one from wordpress.org.

Then I was so impressed by what it did, I took an old PC laying around and turned it into a linux box at my home to "play around" with.
