Oh, yeah... The quote was "cool" so I had to put that first. Then I got started on the below item, which is much larger that what you see here. There are 5 rows "By TYPE" that are missing. And when our programming guru inserts it into the Member's area, each of the question marks will link to an area below the grid that features "Member Benefit", "Active" and "Pending". The active refers to what we have working, while the 'pending' is all about the next setup of enhancements.

BTW: If you are wondering why I put my daily work here. The reason is simple. I like to look at my work items in various "stages" and that gives me further ideas, or helps spot mistake --in general it helps me make things better. (FYi).
