DAY # 361 : In spite of My Best Efforts my ISP Black Listed me for 48 Hours... Ouch!

Around 2PM on Wednesday I had no connection. After a few hours I found out that my ISP has blocked my connection due to spam complaints. Ouch. And the only way to communicate with them was via email.

I was running Microsoft anti virus and PC Doctor, but something got thru. What I still don't know.

Now the plan is to keep running PC Doctor as the program did clean up after I updated the software. My next move is to find a comprehensive solution for the office and home network that I can manage on my own.

I have such a program that I am testing with a network with XP machines, one Linux server and a Mac. With all these going, there one program that can protect the network. I'll report on that shortly. Carpe Diem, Sam.
