Back to work after a bit of very busy days. Mother and daughter are doing fine and things will settle down slowly. But, for me I have to get back to work rather fast, and the best way to do that is get back into my routine here. Today I am going to discuss the elements of AUTO referrals.com where the following items are the priority.

Oh, yes, one more item.

One of the observations that I've made working with Associates (Staff) is that there is a lag time and some miscommunication when passing around a "WORK TO DO LIST".

The solution to that I proposed was to have a CMS --content management system --that we could use to post documents, text/messages and various files that we could share. What this would then result in was having the LATEST file for every task in one place, were everyone could see it simultaneously.

I've just created that by using WORD PRESS. I've turned to a old faithful. My objectives are the following, with it:

1> All projects that we are doing will be posted there.

2> The progress of each project will be discussed there.

3> Modifications, enhancements, progress --just general discussions with everyone will be posted there.

I think when working with anyone communications is essential. However, that takes another degree of importance when working with Maxsimo.NET Team members world wide. Not only do I have to make sure that I work regular hours, and not 24/7! That's not the intention --the idea is to keep enjoying what I do.
