regarding an idea that I've had to about 10 years, but didn't really come up for a name for it until last weekend when in a flash while on my wife's Mac I realized that I was to work on our own .MAX(TM).

Now my goal is to officially TRADEMARK .MAX and get the REGISTERED designation, as well as reserve a domain for it. As far as the domain, since I cannot register a DOT.MAX yet, I went for the next best thing and called it the dotmax.ORG. I will now publish an edited and checked version of this press release on the site at the same time I publishe this. I will also link it here so that the search engines grab it. Ok, with that thought out of the way, I'll now focus on the ideas behind .MAX.

Well, I thought a bit about that, and the immediate idea that comes to mind is that the most successful and useful products can be discribed in a paragraph or two. That is what I'll try to do here as well.

THE .MAX INITIATIVE:

The referrence .MAX is defined as a collection of third party software that is programmed, setup and delivered via the Maxsimo.NET Membership for the purpose of resolving day-to-day business needs, online and in the real world.

The software and products that meet our guildlines can be made to resolve any problem as long as the author of the software follows our development guidelines and agrees to maintain, update and resolve problems in the pocess of making an outstanding product.
