All this is part of the mail sending system at SEND MY. INFO. The system will get going today with out the servers doing the "grunt work" by using a SMTP box on a linux server. However, my objective is to get the local servers handling the email sending --what I hope will be a 250,000+ subscriber list by the end of this year.

THIS WEEK: Daily Email and Network Advertising plus STOCKS

My focus this week is to work on the daily email that is going to our list subscribers. Last week a sales page was setup in the members area to sell ads on a daily basis. The ads are

About the Daily Email... The objective is to maintain a business opportunity mailing list. The list is built via send my .info (http://www.sendmy.info >>) I'll be using a fantastic mailing list program called Gammadyne (GM). I'll use GM to customize every email. It does this using up to 200 instances as a 32-bit program. That means that it is "setting up" 200 emails at a time and then working on sending them. BUT, it does not do the actual sending. I mean it does connect to a SMTP (mail sending protocol 'box') but then it relies on the e-mail sending program to do that part of the work.

The email sending program I am using is SERGEMAIL, which will manage all aspects of the mail sending and them cleaning out the undeliverable email. Serge Mail also handles many security aspects.

Anyway, all this is a lot, but I have the luxory of our CIO connecting remotely and helping with some of the setup. Otherwise, I'll take months to do what he'll be able to do in a day or two.

At the test setup I have two connections to the Internet. One is a standard ADSL connection with typical speeds. Another that I just got installed is an SDSL connection that runs about 10 times the typical speed of a CABLE or ADSL connection. Anyway, all this will get tested in the coming days and weeks before the final setup is moved to the office.

NETWORK ADVERTISING: Advertising Maxsimo.NET

Here is my plan to advertise Maxsimo.NET in the coming months. Just about all the advertising will be to recruit representatives. They will then be sent to http://www.maxsimo.net/company/ >> where I'll give the credit of the visitor to representatives who have trusted our network to build their success. These are reps who have purchased/upgraded their membership to PLATINUM or higher.

So, where is the ad money going:

1> To several newspapers -- ones that I've used since 1992.

2> To several websites that have a lot of traffic with webmasters and webmaster "wannabe" types visiting.

3> Lastly, our own CMS (content management system) run network of sites. Well we don't have to pay for this, but my time is taken to update all the sites and put the ads there.

4> Oh, yes, one more place -- several existing mailing lists. I don't like to advertise on mailing lists with content or shared (co-op) type of ad space. I just focus on lists that send our our ad material as EXCLUSIVE. this is much more expensive --at times even 20 times more expensive, but I do it because "exclusive" works. Period.
