My next idea is also vital, but I couldn't think of a way to do it. Yesterday I brought the problem to the attention of our vendor for the representative software, and he didn't have a solution either.
Then I slept on it. That seems to be a new way for me to solve things. In the past, the enthusiast that I am --I would not sleep until something was solved. Now I take the problem to "sleep with me" and then check on it in the AM. That seems to solve problem just as quickly, if not faster and the strain on me from a lack of sleep is *much* less.
So, here is the problem:
I want to send an email to our users that they have missed a sale, when they have not upgraded themselves OR they have not made a sale.
What I will do is have this setup done:
When Reps make a GOLD or higher sale, they will get added to the ROTATOR system on our network. The rotator system is some software code that reads a file of the reps who have qualified for inclusion into the benefit.
The benefit is simple --FROM ALL CO-OP sites, like p31.com, traffic comes to http://www.maxsimo.net/company/ and that traffic is divided to our REPS who have upgraded to GOLD or higher or have made ONE SALE that is GOLD or higher.
Then for those who have not, the system will do the following for the FIRST 30 days:
Send the below email:
SUBJECT of EMAIL: Dear (NAME), Missed Commissions!!!
Dear Sir/Madam (we can input the name),
Our software awards CO-OP traffic to our Representatives who do their best and have made at least a GOLD or HIGHER Membership sale by awarding FREE traffic for the FIRST 90-DAYS.
You have now missed X number of days!
Since you have not upgraded your own account, nor made a sale of a GOLD Membership or higher you have lost earnings from another sale!
To resolve this situation, you can do one of the following:
1>> Upgrade your own account by going to:
https://www.biig.com/admin, then login. IF you have forgotten your user info, just request it sent to the same email address where you received this email.
2>> Make a sale of GOLD or higher! Our entry-level membership is a SILVER Membership. In this case, to receive our CO-OP traffic benefit, you have to make ONE SALE of a GOLD or higher membership. Then you will get the benefit of FREE traffic and sales! And you'll get your network growth AUTOMATED!

I will now send a final release of this email to our CIO to set up the item. Note that I also put a DEADLINE -- the FREE traffic is NOT indefinite. It's only for 90 days. My reasoning for this is that those who are serious about success will upgrade in the first week. Those who are less serious, perhaps, in the first 30 days. Others will not.
I don't want to award FREE CO-OP traffic indefinitely. Just for 90 days when the REP will establish their rhythm and build their initial success.
