Maxsimo.NET Membership Contest:

There are several similarities in the contest. The first is that there are about 10 winners when the 'threshold' is reached to draw the winner.

• CONTEST 1: All winners need to be subscribers of sendmy.info -- Subscription is FREE.
• CONTEST 2: If winner is not a subscriber of the Maxsimo.NET Membership, the award is 60% of the total -- Membership is FREE.
• CONTEST 3: All winners need to be Members of the Maxsimo Card -- IF the winner is not a subscriber of the Maxsimo Card Membership, the award is further reduced by 33%.
• CONTEST 4: All thresholds above have to be met to receive 100% of the award.

Now to Each Contest:

VENTURE CAPITAL CONTEST -- On-going, awards of AMOUNTS in STEP 21 through 31 to the OUTSTANDING BUSINESS PLAN SUMMARY*. Before winner is announced we may request a full business plan and negotiate some form of equity state in the company. The contest in this case is NOT for the money, but just the right to get sponsorship. The money will be awarded and be binding to an agreement.

One winner will be drawn at random when membership reaches the following points:

• At 100,000 intervals for SEND MY INFO. There will be a GRAND PRIZE Drawing at intervals of 1,000,000.
• At 10,000 intervals for Maxsimo.NET Members. There will be a SECOND GRAND PRIZE at intervals of 100,000.
• At 25,000 intervals for Maxsimo Card Members. There will be a THIRD GRAND PRIZE at the intervals of 100,000.
• At STEP 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 as P31.COM's STEP BUILDING PROGRESSES.

TERMS and CONDITIONS for the CONTESTS:

1> Maxsimo Card Services, Inc. and G.R.E.G., Inc. --The companies that are sponsoring these contests will contact you via your registered email address to notify you that you have won.

2> The notification email will have a link that you'll have to click and then complete the contact information that is on the reached page.

3> At no time is there any payment needed. All prizes are awarded to users of our FREE programs.

4> Any questions of comments can be made by postal mail via: 12801 Worldgate Dr., Suite 500, Herndon, VA, 20170, USA.

5> The odds of winning the prize depend on the total number of qualified entries received.

To qualify for entry in the drawing all of the following requirements must be met. These are also limitations on the award set by companies making this promotion:

(1) the entrant must be a new member before each threshold is reached in the membership sign ups.

(2) entrant must be in good standing. If we have received complains as to the entrant's use of our free suite of products, services and applications, then the entrant is disqualified.

(3) There are no fees to enter. Entrant is responsible for all taxes and laws where they live and comply by them.

(4) the entrant must permit Maxsimo Card Services, Inc. and G.R.E.G., Inc. to use the entrant's name in promotional collateral and to post the entrant's name on Web site(s) if the entrant is the winner, although we'll limit the last name to the name's initial. IF the name is JOE USER, we'll display "Joe U." for example.

(5) You must be at least 18 years of age, and/or meet the legal age that you can enter such a contest in your place of residency.

(6) Each contest winner must have a method of receiving an award, either by company check or wire transfer to a bank account that must be in the name of the winner.

(7) Contest winner must be able to provide a government issued identification before funds are paid. Company will also request information to fulfill our tax obligations and any other legal requirements.

(8) There is no 'end date' for any of the contests. However, company reserves right to amend, add, remove, awards, rules and make any time of change that company sees fit, at any time.

(9) The P31.COM awards are made upon reaching the 21st to the 31st STEPS and the prices (in that amounts) are awarded to qualifying presenters of BUSINESS PLAN SUMMARIES and the awards given in the form of VENTURE CAPITAL to the companies involved.
